Bournecoast has been family run for over 60 years, established in 1960 by Major W. G. Webb. Keith Simmons MBE, the Managing Director and Major Webb's son-in-law, was then joined by his son and daughters, Des Simmons, Veronica Strongman and Anita Smith, who are all now directors of the company. 

Bournecoast’s vision is to become the south’s leading holiday and residential buy-to-let specialists providing sales and management services to developers, investors, home buyers and landlords, whilst providing a vast range of accommodation to suit the diverse range of requirements residential and holiday tenants are seeking from renting a property.
