How do we comply with the Regulations associated with Letting?

We understand that complying with the regulations can be overwhelming for Landlords, especially keeping up-to-date with them when they are changing so regularly. That's why as part of the services we offer we will monitor the regulations which are relevant to the type of letting you are doing and your particular property. The team will guide you through the initial compliance and then remind you when any regulations need renewing, offering assistance using a team of contractors if required. 

How much rent should I charge?

Our Property Owners team will help you decide the best rental for your property and for your situation. The team will visit your property, free of charge with no obligation, to help establish the most competitive rental price for your property. However, this is not where it ends, we will then work together with you to set the rental price to try and match your personal requirements taking into consideration factors such as how quickly you need to rent the property and what is your primary driver for having an investment property.
