Throop is a village in Dorset situated on the outskirts of Bournemouth and is the perfect spot for you to relax where you will find walks directly from the property into the open countryside. A short drive from the cottage is Castlepoint Shopping complex containing around 30 shops, including major retailers such as Marks and Spencer, Boots, H&M, TK Max, Asda, Sainsburys and Next providing an outdoor mall experience. In the other direction is Christchurch Golf Centre, set in a beautiful rural location with views over the River Stour and Avon Forest it has a dinosaur themed adventure golf experience, state-of-the-art driving range, beautifully landscaped gardens, restaurant, bar and more. Also close by is the Littledown Centre which boasts some of the finest leisure, swimming, football and gym facilities.
