A very nice place in excellent condition. Close to Bournemouth and shops but by a nice nature reserve. My questions before we arrived were answered quickly. Two points of constructive feedback. We were taken a back to get call with a complaint from The neighbours about our young kids who were making a usual level of noise young kids make at a time when it’s normal to be up for work. I suggest if there’s an expectation kids are not in garden before say 8am please state in listing, especially as a listing highlights it being a family area. This left a bit of a sour taste. Second there’s a note in the listing saying there’s no loo roll, soap etc so we bought stuff and there was then all of it, suggest make that more accurate.

5-star review - Absolutely beautiful family home, perfect for our family group including 2 babies. It felt like coming home. The only thing I would change is to allow a barbecue in the garden, as this is one thing we always look forward to doing together. We made do by having one on the beach instead!

OVERALL: 9/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - It’s a lovely spacious house and a wonderful (very well maintained) garden! We could enjoy the sunshine (or shade) the whole day. The kitchen was perfect, with a big table and lots of of equipment. Having two TV's (with many apps) in the two separate rooms was also very nice. The neighbour was very friendly and shared lots of tips about the region, much appreciated! We loved it!
