BEDROOMS - This property has four beautifully furnished bedrooms on the first floor. The Master Bedroom has a Super King Size Bed and a modern ensuite shower room with toilet. The second and third bedrooms are both Double Bedrooms. The fourth bedroom is a Twin Bedroom with two Single Beds. The property offers a separate lounge which is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - DVD - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There are patio doors off the lounge to the rear garden. From the lounge there are also doors leading to the study. There is a modern kitchen/diner which includes an additional lounge area with a SMART TV. The kitchen area is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN - MICROWAVE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. Off the kitchen you will find the convenience of a utility room with a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER. On the first floor is the modern, family bathroom which has a bath, shower facility and a toilet. On the ground floor is a separate toilet. The cottage has a pretty enclosed rear garden with a patio area and a lawn area (please note this is a quiet residential, family area and therefore the owners kindly request that guests do not use the garden for barbecues, ball games or outdoor music and that guests go indoors from 10pm). This property has off road parking in the drive for two cars. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. EPC GRADE - C. £350 damage deposit required for holiday lets. Stag/hen and other similar parties are strictly not permitted.

LOCAL AREA

Throop is a village in Dorset situated on the outskirts of Bournemouth and is the perfect spot for you to relax where you will find walks directly from the property into the open countryside. A short drive from the cottage is Castlepoint Shopping complex containing around 30 shops, including major retailers such as Marks and Spencer, Boots, H&M, TK Max, Asda, Sainsburys and Next providing an outdoor mall experience. In the other direction is Christchurch Golf Centre, set in a beautiful rural location with views over the River Stour and Avon Forest it has a dinosaur themed adventure golf experience, state-of-the-art driving range, beautifully landscaped gardens, restaurant, bar and more. Also close by is the Littledown Centre which boasts some of the finest leisure, swimming, football and gym facilities. Bournemouth centre is approximately 5 miles away with miles of beautiful sandy beaches which all have second to none facilities to provide wonderful family holidays. With countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Also in Bournemouth is the incredible state of the art, 10 screen multiplex ODEON cinema at BH2 and you are going to absolutely love it! The BH2 complex has plenty of restaurants whatever your appetite and whatever takes your fancy. Bournemouth has many attractions such as adventure parks, play areas and the Oceanarium, there really is entertainment for all ages.

We had a lovely time at the house. It was a family get together and the house was very much our vibe and we felt very at home there. It was so well equipped which was fantastic! Having enough relaxing seating and the extra lounging spaces was so helpful and beds were very comfy. All in all, a super getaway and we will come back!

OVERALL: 8/10 (Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 7.5 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 7.5) - Lovely place to stay, everything u needed already there, and parking for 2 cars. Size and space was just what we needed parking for two too.

5-star review - The property at Taylor drive was beyond our expectations. The location and facilities offered were perfect for our needs. There was so much space and wonderful furnishings for the 7 of us who stayed. We were all sad to leave and will definitely recommend to all family and friends.
