BEDROOMS - This modern contemporary apartment has two bedrooms. The master double bedroom has a King Size Bed and includes a SMART TV. This room also benefits from an ensuite shower room and toilet. The second bedroom is a tastefully furnished twin bedroom. The property boasts an open plan lounge/diner with patio doors that lead to a balcony with rattan furniture. The lounge includes a SMART TV with SKY TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a separate, modern kitchen which is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The main bathroom comprises of a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. This accommodation comes with allocated off road parking for one car in a secure underground car park. Great base to explore the Dorset coast. 5 mins walk to a beautiful beach and the apartment has very comfortable beds and sofa.

Great location, well equipped, they did soap and washing up liquid (despite stating it didn’t). Comfortable beds and furniture. Good amenities, and access from the basement parking to the flat floor via a lift. Lovely place to stay. If it’s going to be hot, do take a fan as it’s at the top of the building so it gets warm inside.
