8/10 - This flat is in an ideal position, shop, restaurants etc on door step. Generally clean well equipped kitchen albeit faulty extractor hood light which is permanantly on. There is NO shower facility in main bathroom. Sofa bed is the only bed in the second bedroom, disappointed with that.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 7.5 / Facilities: 10 / Value for money: 7.5) - Nice short stay. We liked the property a lot, it was within walking distance to the beach and the Town Centre; the flat had all what we needed to be comfortable, it was fabulous. We enjoyed the time in Bournemouth and the flat. We will come back. Suggested Improvements: I did not like the noise levels late in the evening from the bar opposite to the property, this disturbed our sleep, and we had to leave the property clear by 10 am, this was not great as we could not enjoy our breakfast properly as we needed to clean, the cleaning arragements should have been made very clear at the point of booking also you should consider if cleaning is a must, then the leaving time should be extended to 12 pm. It seems a bit unfair otherwise.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - The positives for this flat well outweigh the negatives, I would happily go there again. The location was ideal, if you like to cook you have all you need in the kitchen. Your own parking space which makes life so much easier. Walking into town takes a few minutes although walking back takes a little longer, (Up Hill). There is a pub and 5 restaurants within a 3 minute (or less) walk from the property. What more could you want ! Suggested improvements: The kitchen door is in the way, is there any real need for it ? Fire safety maybe? 1 of the beds is very low down, ok if your young not so if you're getting on a bit. Could do with some throws over the seating especially in hot weather.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 5 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - A lovely apartment, but if we come to Bournemouth again we will book somewhere closer to the centre. A very nice apartment. Very clean and bright. Suggested Improvements: The shower was awkward to use and the carpet in the main bedroom needs replacing. There was a lot of noise from the bar over the road which went on till midnight.
