Known for being a popular seaside resort in the suburb of Bournemouth, Southbourne is situated between well-known Boscombe and Christchurch. Southbourne makes for the perfect stay, with attractions all within walking distance. Southbourne is home to one of the many Blue Flag award-winning beaches, the miles of safe golden sands ensures a perfect family day out. Just up from the beach, you will find a very popular children's play park on the cliff top, with the opportunity to stroll along to the many cafes. The main area of Southbourne is Southbourne Grove, which harbours a long shopping street that has a unique mix of individual shops. Here you'll find local amenities such as a post office, bank, pharmacy and chain supermarkets including both Tesco's Express and Sainsburys Local, for those who wish to cook at home of an evening. Also on the high street are a variety of restaurants and bars for evening entertainment.
