BEDROOMS - This property has a modern Master Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a second spacious bedroom with Twin Beds. There is a modern and spacious lounge/diner which includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There are bifold doors leading off the lounge onto the patio area of the garden. From the lounge there are also double doors which lead into the stylish, modern kitchen which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE and a door leading to the rear garden. The bungalow has a modern bathroom with a smaller bath, separate shower cubicle with non slip tray and a toilet. The property also has a separate toilet. This bungalow benefits from an extensive garden with three different areas. From the bifold doors it takes you to a large patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining. There are four steps that lead up to the second patio area and then the third area is a contemporary landscaped garden area. The accommodation comes with off road parking on the drive for two cars. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. NOTES - £500 damage deposit required for holiday lets. One fully house trained dog is accepted only. There is no washing machine in this property.

LOCAL AREA

In Tuckton you will find restaurants, takeaways and a variety of convenience stores. The Riverside Restaurant is a short walk from the property which is a lovely place to dine offering an impressive outlook over the River Stour. Just past the Riverside Restaurant is Wick Village which is on the southern bank of the River Stour just before it enters Christchurch Harbour. Wick River has many attractions including crazy golf, children's play park, tea room and a ferry which leads down to Christchurch Quay and Mudeford Beach. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay you will find access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). You can walk or drive from the property to Hengistbury Head which is a great place to take the whole family. The land train offers easy access to Mudeford sand spit, where you can enjoy the view with a cup of tea and a slice of cake, or something more substantial in one of the cafes. If adventure is more your thing, you could enjoy the spectacular views, earned with a little effort, from the top of Warren Hill. Southbourne beach is an easy walk or a short drive away where there is mile after mile of sandy beaches. The bungalow is within easy reach of Boscombe and Bournemouth beaches and centres for many high street stores and a huge variety of restaurants, attractions and bars.

5 star review - Lovely bungalow. Good access to shops and beach. It is advertised but no hairdryer which is awkward. A few minor building maintenance pieces needed (toilet seats fittings cracked and lightbulb in main bedroom not working). BUT very clean. Lots of nice touches e.g board games and books. Nice garden which gets the sun ( we were lucky for 5/7 days!).

5* Lovely holiday home in a location deceptively close to Southbourne beach ?? (circa 10 mins), Christchurch (circa 20-30 mins) walking distance. 5 mins to Tuckton Tea Gardens for a very nice breakfast, which provides a good start for a walk to, and about, Hengistbury Head

5* Great stay - bungalow was super, good size and the lovely courtyard garden was a bonus. Comfy beds and the set up very suitable for a family, all mod cons are new and not tired. Would definitely stay again!

5* Beautiful cottage with lovingly curated facilities in a quiet location with very nice neighbors. Great garden. We felt very welcome and comfortable as a family with a dog. Perfect location also for day trips in the area. Communication and support by Bournecoast Holiday Agents was excellent. Highly recommend - so vacation is fun! Thank you so much.
