The modern kitchen area is contained in the same room as the lounge/diner and includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The owner will provide a parking permit (for holiday lets between June and September only) for one car for your stay which can be used in a selection of local car parks (the closest one is approximately two minutes walk away from the apartment - your vehicle registration must be provided in advance of your stay - please note these spaces are not reserved).
