BEDROOMS - The Master Bedroom has the benefit of a King Size Bed. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom and the third bedroom is a Twin Bedroom with Bunk Beds. There is a stylishly furnished, modern, open plan living and dining area which includes a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The modern kitchen area is contained in the same room as the lounge/diner and includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - WINE COOLER. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The owner will provide a parking permit (for holiday lets between June and September only) for one car for your stay which can be used in a selection of local car parks (the closest one is approximately two minutes walk away from the apartment - your vehicle registration must be provided in advance of your stay - please note these spaces are not reserved). ADDITIONAL NOTES - Please note that there are steps up to the entrance of this property. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. £300 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets.

Just a short walk away from the property is where you can head down the West Cliff zig zag and you're on West Cliff Beach. West Cliff Beach is a vibrant beach close to Bournemouth Town Centre and the golden sand here is simply lovely and children and adults alike will enjoy spending hot summer days here. West Cliff beach has many facilities and is regularly patrolled by RNLI lifeguards. This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. This popular town offers everything you could hope for, whether it's watching the sunset on Bournemouth Beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre. Bournemouth is the go-to place which offers both a seaside resort with beautiful beaches and a good selection of shops. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Rent a beach hut or take a walk on one of the historic piers - make the most of the outdoors and this wonderful stretch of British seaside. With an excellent selection of restaurants including the BH2 complex and Odeon Cinema just nearby you are spoilt for choice. A short walk from the apartment you can take a peaceful stroll through the exotic woodlands of the Chine which brings you to Westbourne. 5 star review - The property was easy to find as was access. The property was spacious, light and airy and was very clean and tidy . It is actually much nicer than the photos portray . The location was great , 5 mins to the beach and town with restaurants and local supermarket at the end of the road . We had an issue with one of the beds but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the friendly staff at Bournecoast . We had a great holiday helped by good weather and would happily come back again .

Me and my family were here for four days. The apartment was larger than expected, with airy ceilings. The kitchen was very nice but was a little under-equipped. There was something dusty in the window frames etc. The location was absolutely superb with walking distance to the beach and shopping street. We are a quiet family and were mostly in bed at 11-11.30pm. Nevertheless, we received a complaint from the neighbor below who thought our children walked too heavily on the floor late at night. It was very noisy in the building, the planks under the carpet floor moved and made quite a bit of noise. We didn't care that we heard noise from the hotel above us, but it was too much for the neighbor below us. The apartment may therefore not be suitable for families with children.

Great location, easy walk to beach. Parking slightly challenging, but usually found a spot to park. Nice spacious apartment. Need to make sure you take hairdryer with you if needed as well as hand soap etc as none of these provided. Overall though we had a great stay!
