LOCAL AREA
Boscombe Manor is located between central Bournemouth and Southbourne, whilst being an important and busy part of Bournemouth and has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes. Boscombe is a busy seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and night time activity of its own. It is an ideal place for people wanting proximity to the seaside and accessible beaches too. The nearby Shelly Park and Tennis Courts also provide ready leisure opportunities. Boscombe has its own Chine, Boscombe Chine, where you can find verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. The seasonal land train runs along the promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond. are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

The ground floor with the outside seating area was really nice and also made packing on arrival and departure easier. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect, across the road from the cliffs above the beach and a short walk to the zig zag to get down to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks for a great stay. The flat was perfect for what we wanted and acted as a great base for us to explore the Dorset Coast. Flat was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great week in Boscombe. Modern flat with a good selection of equipment. A great location for surrounding area and beach. Would return again.

The place is really comfy, it has all necessities plus far more so one can feel warm and welcome, it’s located just a few minutes away (on foot) from bus stops, shops etc, quiet neighborhood, plus the host is really helpful. Many thanks to Bournecoast Agents for all their help and swift responses!
