IMPORTANT - the beds will be set up as 1 x double and 4 x singles, if you need either of the twin rooms configured as Super King Beds you need to email the Bournecoast Customer Services Team at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. The open plan lounge/diner has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a modern, fitted kitchen with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The modern bathroom includes a bath, shower facility and toilet. There is a lift in the block which services the floor this apartment is located on. This accommodation has allocated off road parking for one car. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - B. Short breaks are only accepted in Season Bands A, B or C. I just wanted to thank you for a pleasurable stay this week. The flat was excellent, it was clean & tidy & had all the facilities you could ask for. It was in a superb location, within easy walking distance of the train station & the town centre & the beach.
