BEDROOMS - This apartment offers two Double Bedrooms, one of which benefits from an ensuite shower room and toilet. The property features a lounge/diner boasting sea views and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The separate modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The main bathroom comprises of a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The property has road parking only with restricted parking opposite, there is also a public car park (Overstrand car park) at the end of the road (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed). ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Fully house trained dogs are accepted but must not be left alone in the property. OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - A very nice and spacious apartment with all amenities, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful sea views from the window, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, and pet-friendly. My German Shepherd was very happy to spend the holiday with family. I have very fond memories of my stay. Suggested Improvements: I didn't like two things: a very annoying and barking dog in the apartment below us, barking at everything and everyone, which made it difficult to rest. The mattress in the master bedroom was a bit uncomfortable.

OVERALL: 8/10 - Perfect for the beach, and less than half an hours walk from town. Worth every penny for the spectacular location! Could walk from the beach in bare feet back to the flat. Suggested Improvements: Not great for small kids (too nice an apartment, high bar stools etc) but perfect for couples/adults - that said, easy access to the Harvester!

5 star review - Spacious and clean flat right on the boscombe pier. Super easy access to the beach with all basic amenities at walking distance. You can easily walk to bournemouth pier via the undercliff drive rd with loads of shacks and diners on the way.
