BEDROOMS - This apartment offers two Double Bedrooms, one of which benefits from an ensuite shower room and toilet. The property features a lounge/diner boasting sea views and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The separate modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The main bathroom comprises of a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The property has road parking only with restricted parking opposite, there is also a public car park (Overstrand car park) at the end of the road (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed). ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Fully house trained dogs are accepted but must not be left alone in the property.
