Twin Bedroom (with two small Single Beds) - Triple Bedroom (with three small Single Beds) (both these bedrooms are on the second floor). The spacious sitting room has a TELEVISION - SKY FREESAT - DVD PLAYER. There is a second sitting room with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW. The property has FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a large kitchen/dining room which includes a 6 RING GAS HOB - ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN - DISHWASHER. The utility room houses an AMERICAN STYLE FRIDGE/FREEZER - WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER - from here there is a door to the boot room. The modern, fitted bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle and a toilet (this is situated on the first floor). There is also a second modern, bathroom with a bath, separate shower cubicle and toilet (located on the second floor). You will find a further separate toilet on the ground floor. LOCAL AREA
Branksome Chine which leads to Branksome Beach is within walking distance of the property, and is an ideal way to reach the sea, as well as a peaceful place for a woodland stroll. Once on the golden shore there are many traditional seaside activities to choose from. Branksome has a superb safe, sandy beach, a popular restaurant right next to the beach and the famous beach huts. Branksome beach offers spectacular views of Poole Bay where you may spot the Grand Prix powerboat racing. The walk along the promenade underneath the cliffs or along the beach to Bournemouth Pier is very pleasant. In the opposite direction you can walk towards Sandbanks where there is a passenger ferry to Studland and Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck. The land train runs along the promenade to Bournemouth and Boscombe Pier beyond and makes light work of the return trip of your walk. Branksome offers a more peaceful holiday environment than the central parts of either Bournemouth or Poole, but it is not far from the action. The opportunity to stay in this wonderful coastal retreat should not be missed.

are preferred FRI to MON or MON to FRI (please note that Short Breaks are only accepted in the school summer holidays as last minute bookings where they are booked within one week of the arrival date). If you require a Short Break starting on an alternative day please contact a member of the Bournecoast team to discuss your requirements.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays.

4* - A lovely house in a very quiet position and we did not hear any traffic at all. The kitchen is very well equipped with all that is needed to cook your own meals, but perhaps not quite so well equipped with any additions (soap powder dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc).

5* - Pictures do not do this place justice! Absolutely incredible accommodation! So spacious, and the rooms were great sizes! Perfect for big groups! We had 16 people for the hen do, and all communal rooms were big enough for us all to be in at once! Great value and fantastic location to the beach and town. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Many thanks for your very prompt return of my deposit. The e-mail notifying me of the refund arrived before I got home, excellent service!! We really enjoyed ourselves at the house. Strong chance we will use again, for the 4th time.

What a fantastic venue, spotless and fresh. Huge amount of space, kitchen diner with massive table to seat everyone. Two lounges with ample comfy seating complete with tv. Great wi fi. Lovely big bedrooms with comfy beds. 1st class kitchen with loads of space in cupboards, fridges etc. Street parking only but very quiet road and plenty of space… parked right outside. Lovely gardens with seating. Nice 15 min. stroll to the beach. All in all a fantastic few days for my 80th birthday with family and friends. Thank you. Super Indian close by …Indian Ocean 30% discount for online orders fast home delivery and excellent cuisine…highly recommended as is this lovely house.

Very large house, perfect for large gatherings. Plenty of free parking outside and close to main town.
