The modern, fitted kitchen includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE and breakfast bar. There is a modern fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower facility and toilet. There is also a separate shower room with toilet. The accommodation offers an allocated off road parking space for one car with garage. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. LOCAL AREA
This apartment is located in a first class cliff top position just above the safe, sandy beaches at Southbourne-On-Sea and just a few minutes from local shops, cafes and restaurants. Nearby is a local cliff top public house which offers dining and entertainment within walking distance. The property is also not far from Fisherman's Walk and Hengistbury Head where you can enjoy a pleasant stroll admiring the views across the Sea. Close by is the charming pretty market town of Christchurch for those who enjoy the combination of some shopping with afternoon tea and river walks. Alternatively you can visit Bournemouth Town Centre offering endless entertainment and dining for all the family as well as the renowned Bournemouth International Centre and Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre which hosts regular shows and entertainment. Local transport links are within walking distance with regular buses into Bournemouth Square and Bournemouth Lower Gardens where regular attractions take place throughout the year.

WEEKLY LETS
can start on MONDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY outside of the school summer holidays but should only start on SATURDAY within the school summer holidays

Big spacious flat plenty of room ,good location to beaches ,new forest ,dorset ,and hampshire. Was v peaceful and great for a family to use as a base to explore. Big airy flat great location had great time would recommend.

Cleanliness and tidiness,very good, comfortable beds and sofas, a lovely bright flat, good bathroom/shower, equipment very good, facilities, everything worked.

4/5 - A pleasant stay. We had a lovely stay here for 4 nights. Family of 5. Nice comfy, cosy spacious apartment. Over the road from the beach and a short drive to Bournemouth town centre.

With the beach on the doorstep it is difficult to say anything negative. Clean apartment. Clear instructions. Neighbours are mostly elderly or families so tranquil. You definitely need to do a shop before turning up though (for washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and shampoo) which for staying a handful of nights was a shame to have to do. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

From first going into the office the staff were incredibly friendly and professional at all times. I rented a short term flat which actually turned into almost 2 years as the owner was very flexible over the various lockdown times and Bournecoast always kept in touch asking if I would like to extend the rental agreement. I would definitely recommend Bournecoast as a letting /holiday rental company.
