The second Double Bedroom has a Super King Bed with a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW. The third Bedroom is a Quadruple Bedroom which has Bunk Beds, a King Size Bed, a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW and an ensuite shower room with a toilet. This room benefits from double doors leading on to the rear garden. The apartment has a lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is equipped with an ELECTRIC INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. The location was fabulous. It was close enough to the beach that my elderly mother was happy to ride her portable scooter down there. We had a great time.

OVERALL: 10/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Beautiful property. Spacious, artistic, warm, welcoming. Far in excess of what I was expecting. Lots of family board games, huge amounts of lego and fun toys. Made us feel valued as guests. Perhaps some tea bags. The photos and advertising did not do the property justice nor clearly portray how excellent this property was. It had 2 ensuites with toilets and an additional bathroom. Surprised.

We had an excellent holiday. We booked Browning Avenue, when we saw the large enclosed garden, great for my youngest daughter. The garden was peaceful not overlooked, great space. The pictures shown of the apartment do not do it any justice. The decor not as busy as portrayed. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. I would book this apartment again
