The apartment has a separate shower room with a toilet. Outside the front door is a small area with a table and chairs so you can sit outside on a sunny day. The property is situated on a residential road in Southbourne, just a short walk to the coast, offering miles of sandy beaches. Tuckton, also just a short walk away, offers a variety of restaurants, takeaways and convenience stores. The Riverside Restaurant, with its picturesque views over the River Stour, is a great spot for dining. Next to Tuckton is Wick and Tuckton Tea Gardens, which offer crazy golf, a play park for children, a tea room and riverboat hire. Ferries run regularly from here to Christchurch Quay, where you can enjoy a riverside park, a cafe, the Boathouse Restaurant, a bandstand and an exciting water play park with interactive features, jets, sprays and a paddling pool. From the Quay, the Vintage Ferry operates during the summer months (weather permitting), providing trips to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head. Hengistbury Head nature reserve, within walking distance, offers a range of outdoor activities, including scenic walks and cycling. The famous Noddy Train provides easy access to Mudeford Beach. Nice place, clean and in a good location. Things like oil, salt & pepper etc wasn't included.

This apartment is as is described. Fully equipped and modern, although relatively small. The address is very close to Christchurch which is as well as there is not much in South Bourne. We walked most evenings over the bridge to Christchurch Quay to the Boathouse a great pub/restaurant with a good atmosphere. There are some good walks from the apartment and it is ideal for driving further along the Jurassic Coast or into Hampshire to the New Forest.

The property was very clean and tidy, ideally situated for our needs, we seemed to have found a littlr gem, if available in the future we will be back

A wonderful sparkling clean annex, very stylish and in great location. My husband loved it as it had sky sports and the bed was very comfy! We booked quite late before New Year’s Eve and were very lucky to get a booking and really appreciate the lovely touch of chocolates and card. We will definitely be returning.
