BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom (with ensuite shower and toilet) - Twin Bedroom (with ensuite shower and toilet). The lounge/diner has a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - BLUE RAY DVD - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a separate kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. There is a communal bicycle store in the building. Cycling equipment (2 adult bikes, 2 adult helmets, 2 bike locks, 1 bike pump & a bike toolkit) can be used by the visitors for free (at their own risk). Information will be provided within the property about how to access the bicycles (terms and conditions apply and need to be agreed to with the owners prior to use). This accommodation comes with one allocated parking space. USE OF A BEACH HUT IS INCLUDED with holiday rentals of this property (subject to access to the promenade due to events being held). The Beach Hut is located at the popular East Cliff beach and is is very well equipped with seats, a variety of beach games and activities and a triple gas stove with cutlery and plenty of picnic cups and plates, plus sun umbrellas and a picnic table (please note that these beach huts are for daytime use only). Details of how to access the beach hut are located in the property. In 2024 access to the beach hut was restricted on 24/03/24, 16/06/24, 30/08/24-01/09/24, 12/10/24-13/10/24 - contact us for 2025 dates. Please note there are two small flights of stairs (approximately 12 steps each) to access the apartment. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - E. NOTES - holiday lets are restricted to a maximum of 31 days per visitor. Sat to Sat bookings only in Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays.

LOCAL AREA
There are excellent local transport links, as it is on the main bus route to Bournemouth town centre (which is also walking distance away) with frequent buses to Poole, Christchurch, Boscombe and surrounding areas. It is also walking distance from Bournemouth train station, two minutes by car from Asda supermarket and five minutes by car from the A338 leading to the M27. As a convenience for your holiday there is a Co-Op convenience store and cash point on the ground floor of the building. Bournemouth benefits from having Bournemouth Pier, Bournemouth Pier is a traditional pier with beautiful views over the bay with the Isle of Wight on one side and the Purbeck Hills on the other. You will also find on the Pier an all weather adventure activity centre ‘RockReef‘. The centre features a range of attractions including Clip ‘n’ Climb, Highline, Pier Cave, ‘Leap of Faith’ jumping challenge and vertical drop slide. Located at the very end of the Bournemouth Pier and the first of its kind in the world, the PierZip is an experience not to be missed! The pier has a wide selection of attractions, retail outlets and entertainment. Just a short walk from the Pier you will come to the beautiful Lower Gardens leading up into Bournemouth Town Centre with all of its fantastic shopping and tourist attractions ranging from Rock and Pop Concerts at the Bournemouth International Centre to Art Exhibitions, and the numerous restaurants, theatres, shops and comedy clubs, forming Bournemouth’s centre for Leisure and Tourism. Bournemouth’s seven miles of award-winning blue flag beaches stretch from Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve at the mouth of Christchurch Harbour, all the way across to the world renowned and extremely exclusive Sandbanks Peninsular at the mouth of Poole Harbour. This is an ideal holiday location to take advantage of the glorious sandy beaches and town centre facilities.

5 star review - A pristine flat at walking distance to downtown, very clean and quiet, with parking and a little market downstairs…. it simply had everything that I needed, and the beach hut was just the cherry on the top!

5 star review - We had an absolutely lovely stay whilst visiting Bournemouth to check out the university with our son. The apartment is located a very easy walk from the town centre and local beaches. The beach hut is a really great bonus and we spent a very pleasant couple of hours sat outside enjoying the surprisingly sunny weather. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge and freezer (which I'm not sure is listed). Both bedrooms are a good size but the ensuite in the double room is very small. I am 6ft 2 and it was a tight squeeze for me! The bathroom in the twin room is much larger so our son was most happy. However that is only a tiny negative on what was a most enjoyable stay and we would happily return, (especially if our son picks Bournemouth university).
