The lounge/diner has a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - BLUE RAY DVD - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a separate kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. There is a communal bicycle store in the building. Cycling equipment (2 adult bikes, 2 adult helmets, 2 bike locks, 1 bike pump & a bike toolkit) can be used by the visitors for free (at their own risk). Information will be provided within the property about how to access the bicycles (terms and conditions apply and need to be agreed to with the owners prior to use). This accommodation comes with one allocated parking space. USE OF A BEACH HUT IS INCLUDED with holiday rentals of this property (available Sunday - Friday only and subject to access to the promenade due to events being held). The Beach Hut is located at the popular East Cliff beach (please note that these beach huts are for daytime use only). Details of how to access the beach hut are located in the property. 2020 events which will restrict access to the hut are on 5/4, 14/6, 20/8-23/8 & 3/10-4/10. Please note there are two small flights of stairs (approximately 12 steps each) to access the apartment. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - E. LOCAL AREA
There are excellent local transport links, as it is on the main bus route to Bournemouth town centre (which is also walking distance away) with frequent buses to Poole, Christchurch, Boscombe and surrounding areas. It is also walking distance from Bournemouth train station, two minutes by car from Asda supermarket and five minutes by car from the A338 leading to the M27. As a convenience for your holiday there is a Co-Op convenience store and cash point on the ground floor of the building. Bournemouth benefits from having Bournemouth Pier, Bournemouth Pier is a traditional pier with beautiful views over the bay with the Isle of Wight on one side and the Purbeck Hills on the other. You will also find on the Pier an all weather adventure activity centre ‘RockReef‘. The centre features a range of attractions including Clip ‘n’ Climb, Highline, Pier Cave, ‘Leap of Faith’ jumping challenge and vertical drop slide. Located at the very end of the Bournemouth Pier and the first of its kind in the world, the PierZip is an experience not to be missed! The pier has a wide selection of attractions, retail outlets and entertainment. Bournemouth’s seven miles of award-winning blue flag beaches stretch from Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve at the mouth of Christchurch Harbour, all the way across to the world renowned and extremely exclusive Sandbanks Peninsular at the mouth of Poole Harbour. This is an ideal holiday location to take advantage of the glorious sandy beaches and town centre facilities.

Great Flat..... 5/5. The flat was well and stylishly equipped and fitted out. It's only a short walk to the station, town and the beach so didn't move the car all week. The flat includes access to a beach hut which has everything to make a day at the beach wonderful plus we could leave our stuff down there so didn't need to carry stuff up and down each day. I'd certainly consider staying there again.

Amazing find! 5/5 - My friend and I stayed in this lovely, clean and well equipped apartment for a week and had a great time. Both rooms have an ensuite, which was an added bonus and the Co-op downstairs was very convenient. Only a short walk to the beach, and with the use of a beach hut packed with everything you could possibly need we were in the sea swimming every day! We didn't want to come home and will certainly be back as soon as possible, highly recommended.

Fabulous Apartment - 5/5 - A cosy and compact apartment which has everything you could possibly need. Very well equipped, love the beach theme throughout, it’s also very clean and tidy. It’s a 10 minute walk into Bournemouth to all shops and restaurants and there is a Co-Op right by the apartment which is very handy. The apartment has the use of one of the beach huts, which to us as a family was an amazing addition to our holiday. Will be re booking for next year, thankyou.

Lovely flat with use of beach hut - 5/5. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this flat. It is very well fitted out, a lot of the equipment looks new. Very convenient location, less than 10 minutes walk to the top of the East Cliff Zigzag, and then a short walk from the bottom of the Zig Zag to the beach hut. This was a great addition to our holiday, and is well equipped also. The two bikes look brand new, helmets are provided, and we enjoyed making use of the bikes. Highly recommended.
