The apartment is situated on the cliff tops of Southbourne-On-Sea at The Crossroads where you can find a convenience store and cafes and is only a short walk to the 'Zig -Zag' path down to the award winning sandy beaches. There are nearby shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Crossroads which includes the well known restaurant Roots which is a contemporary fine dining restaurant.
