The lounge area includes a SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The modern kitchen area also boasts PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS and features sliding doors that lead to a sizable balcony offering further breath taking SEA VIEWS. The kitchen is equipped with a ELECTRIC OVEN - GAS HOB - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a modern bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. The property offers an allocated off road parking space for one car in the driveway. LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The beach is accessed from the Gordon zigzag path and further along the cliff top you can find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is also a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop just a short walk away from the property. A few minutes walk from the property will also take you to the Spyglass and Kettle which is a great local pub. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.

Lovely modern apartment with amazing views. There are lots of kitchen facilities. The large balcony is nice to watch the world go by with views of the sea. The location is fantastic, easy walking distance to beach and shops. Off street parking for one vehicle on driveway is great! We had a few issues during our stay but were easily able to contact the company who responded swiftly. If you are a light sleeper take an eye mask and ear plugs with you. The bedroom blinds are a little narrow for the windows and do not keep out any daylight or any other light pollution during the night (neighbours search light). Blackout blinds needed! Please note the loft space above this middle floor apartment has been converted in to a separate accommodation and the noise levels from upstairs are awful! Our sleep was disturbed every night (in both bedrooms) from the noises from the apartment above with it sounding like the people staying in the accommodation above were in the room with you!!!
