From the lounge area are patio doors leading to a partially enclosed balcony providing captivating views of Bournemouth Bay, creating a social area perfect for year-round enjoyment. The modern kitchen area is beautifully designed and is equipped with a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. The property offers an allocated off road parking space for one car in the driveway. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The beach is accessed from the Gordon zigzag path and further along the cliff top you can find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is also a playground for children, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop just a short walk away from the property. A few minutes walk from the property will also take you to the Spyglass and Kettle which is a great local pub. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.

5-star reviews - We had a great stay, the property was selected due to its sea views and close proximity to the beach / promenade. We wanted a few days away to enjoy beach walks. We loved the covered balcony, especially as the autumn weather was descending. The property was an ideal base and we had a lovely time.

Fantastic sea views from the balcony, from the Isle of Wight to Swanage. Lovely well furnished apartment, with the zig zag to beach only 1min away and open top buses stopping almost outside the front door. Bath plug replaced swiftly. In summary, lovely apartment and good service from Bournecoast staff.

Thank you for wonderful stay at Southbourne Overcliff Drive and the amazing views! The flat was perfect for myself, my husband and the dog! There was everything we needed catered for in the flat and we had an extremely enjoyable stay. The views from the balcony are wonderful and it was great to wake up every morning and have breakfast on the balcony-a great start to every day! Everything was also very clean and tidy. A wonderful venue and stay.

My husband and I really enjoyed our holiday at this property. The zig zag path to the beach is very nearby making access really easy. It was nice to have on site parking and despite us having a large vehicle there was plenty of space. Suggestions to make improvements would be a more comfortable sofa and possibly the addition of a clothes horses. All in all a lovely property which we would be happy to stay in again.
