The lounge/diner, which is open plan, enjoys SEA VIEWS and offers plenty of space, has a FLATSCREEN TV - SKY TV - DVD - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge/diner you will find sliding doors leading to the patio area with SEA VIEWS where you can enjoy alfresco dining. The high specification kitchen area includes an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE/FREEZER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - MICROWAVE - LAVAZZA COFFEE MACHINE. You can also enjoy SEA VIEWS from the kitchen window. The modern bathroom has a bath, shower facility and toilet. This accommodation comes with an off road parking space (the space for Flat 1 is the second from the left as you look towards the building). Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. LOCAL AREA
It is a very short walk from the apartment to the 'Zig -Zag' path down to the sandy beaches where Bistro on the Beach Restaurant can be found nestled below the slopes off Southbourne Coast Road, right on the promenade with it's stunning sea views from every table. There are nearby shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Crossroads which includes the well known restaurant Roots which is a contemporary fine dining restaurant. For activity in the local area Seafield Gardens, which has held the prestigious Green Flag Award since 2001, offers bowls, tennis and features a water tower. One tourist feature of Southbourne-On-Sea is the Fisherman's Walk Cliff Railway, a funicular railway between the clifftop coastal road and the promenade and beach. The easternmost part of the area is called Hengistbury Head. The land train runs across Hengistbury Head from the bus terminus to the beach. There is a golf course here and kite flying is a very popular activity. A long, but pleasant, walk along the promenade leads you to Boscombe or Bournemouth piers for all amenities and a variety of family entertainment and tourist attractions. A short car drive offers the historic town of Christchurch or the vast New Forest. Alternatively a short drive will take you to Bournemouth town centre for more of the hustle and bustle this tourist town has to offer. The Pier approach with it's leisure facilities and entertainment is a must to visit whilst staying in this seaside holiday town.

Well equipped and tastefully presented apartment - 4/5 - Quiet location but near sea and beach bistro for meals. Good walk along the beach to Boscombe. Also handy for Christchurch and great headland walk nearby.

Beautiful property with perfect position. 5/5 - First time renting a property in Southbourne, we were very impressed with everything. Property immaculate, very comfortable and a lovely place to stay .

Short Stay in Southbourne - 5/5 - The apartment is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated and modern. Also, the location is perfect for easy access to miles of golden beach and beautiful walks along to Hengistbury Head and Bournemouth. In addition, there is the fabulous Bistro on the Beach for perfect seaview dining, as well as a few other restaurants, cafes, takeaways and a Co-Op in easy walking distance.
