The lounge has a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider - there is full fibre optic into the building and the provider has quoted download speed 36MB/second and upload speed of 10MB/second). Leading from the lounge is the kitchen area with a modern stylish kitchen which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - COUNTERTOP FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will also find a WASHER/DRYER in the bathroom. There is off road parking available but on a first come first served basis (please note the permit must be displayed at all times). There is also a communal bike store (max 2 bikes). With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth has countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Clean and very nice decor. Nice walk through the park to the beach. The flat had most things you would need.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was clean. Decor was modern and location was amazing. 15mins walk from the beach and lots of shops/bars/supermarkets nearby. The bed was really comfortable. The host was very appproachable and friendly. All instructions provided by the agents were clear. Parking permit is provided allowing you to park anywhere in the car park. The only criticism we have is that we were only supplied one toilet paper for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment and super clean with everything you need. Only a couple of minutes from town so a great location. Parking was always available, you just need to put the permit in your vehicle. Wifi was fast. Only thing missing was loo roll ( good job we took our own ).
