BEDROOMS - This apartment has one spacious Double Bedroom with a FLATSCREEN TV leading to an ensuite shower room with a toilet. There is a lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge is the kitchen area which includes an GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. Visitors have access to the communal garden situated in the grounds of this block of apartments (this is the closest apartment to the communal garden). There is off road parking on a first come first served basis and there is also road parking available (please note these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed). Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Please note that children are not accepted at the accommodation, however the landlord will accept a small infant.

Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. 5 star review - Nice and quiet place for short stay. Smooth check in with clear instructions in advance. Very clean and tidy. Agree with the comment could have a sofa in the living room.

Spacious flat, great location if you want to be close to town and beaches. Could do with a bit more of a thorough clean, few corners missed with dust and cobwebs etc.

5* - Last min trip. Very clean ,great place for what we wanted ,walk to the pier 15 mins local shops in walking distance and the air-show was on bonus , a really quiet and clean place .
