BEDROOMS - The Master Double Bedroom is furnished with a Super King Size Bed and benefits from a SMART TV. The second bedroom is a Triple Bedroom with three Single Bunk Beds (not suitable for children under 6 years old) and there is also a small handbasin. The lounge/diner includes a SMART TV and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The lounge/diner benefits from a door which leads out to the rear patio garden. This accommodation has a separate kitchen which is equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a separate cupboard in the hallway with the added convenience of a WASHING MACHINE. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a separate shower cubicle and a toilet. The property boasts a rear patio garden with a table and chairs for guests to use, which is ideal for alfresco dining. There is one off road parking space available on the drive. LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is a picturesque coastal area located to the east of Bournemouth and is conveniently close to the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway, and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, visitors can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. The nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, with easy access via a land train to Mudeford Sand spit. Thank you, Bournecoast Holiday Agent. We had a wonderful time in Bournemouth fortunate to have the sunny beach weather especially when the beach is no more than a 5-minute walk. The property was very clean, very comfortable, and peaceful. The bedroom was tidy as described in the advert. The bed linen was very clean, and the bed was comfortable.

5-star review - We’ve had a great week at this property. It’s located in a great position, walkable to the beach and high street with plenty of shops, restaurants to choose from. Within 15 minutes drive of all major sites within Dorset. Lovely apartment with plenty of space for a family of 4 and the garden is a good size for the kids to play too.

The apartment was a very clean space in a brilliant location with everything you need in it. I was very impressed with it. Stayed for a month, was a pleasure and will stay again in the future
