LOCAL AREA

A short walk from the property you can head down the steps at Durley Chine and you're on the beach. The golden sand here is simply lovely and children and adults alike will enjoy spending hot summer days here. As with many beaches in the area it is lifeguard patrolled in the summer (between May and September) and also participates in Kidzone, a beach safety scheme. There are many facilities nearby including a traditional pub located on the promenade and a cafe. This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. This popular town offers everything you could hope for, whether it's watching the sunset on Bournemouth Beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre, Bournemouth is the go-to place which offers both a seaside resort with beautiful beaches and a good selection of shops. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Lovely accommodation, clean, well equipped and within 10 minutes of the beach and local bars., with off-road parking. The town centre is just over 10 minutes walk also, we’re there are plenty of nice restaurants to chose from.
