BEDROOMS - There is a Double Bedroom with a modern ensuite shower room and toilet - HAIRDRYER. The second bedroom is a Twin Bedroom and also has an ensuite shower room and toilet. There are four steps up to the spacious lounge/diner which has a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 giving the flexibility for larger families to stay. The lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - DVD - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge are doors to the fabulous decked area. The modern kitchen has a FLATSCREEN TV and an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The garden is a special feature of this property, with a large decked area the width of the rear of the property including table and chairs. Leading off the decking is a huge lawn garden which is ideal for children. There is off road parking in the car park at this property for two cars. You will also find the convenience of a communal coin-operated laundry room in the main building (key access only). LOCAL AREA

A short walk from the property you can head down the steps at Durley Chine and you're on the beach. The golden sand here is simply lovely and children and adults alike will enjoy spending hot summer days here. As with many beaches in the area it is lifeguard patrolled in the summer (between May and September) and also participates in Kidzone, a beach safety scheme. There are many facilities nearby including a traditional pub located on the promenade and a cafe. This property is perfect for those who wish to be close to everything and walking distance to Bournemouth centre. This popular town offers everything you could hope for, whether it's watching the sunset on Bournemouth Beach or exploring the large seasonal markets in the town centre, Bournemouth is the go-to place which offers both a seaside resort with beautiful beaches and a good selection of shops. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. Rent a beach hut or take a walk on one of the historic piers - make the most of the outdoors and this wonderful stretch of British seaside. It is located near to local shops & restaurants and a 15 min walk to Bournemouth Pier. It is also very quite & peaceful. The kitchen was superbly equipped with every utensil you could possibly require. The 2 en-suite bedrooms are deceptively larger than the website indicates, with high quality bathroom fittings & plenty of storage. The lounge is very tastefully finished and the combination of high quality furniture, decor and high ceilings make it very welcoming. Overall it was excellent value for money and we would highly recommend.

5* We had a wonderful stay in this home/ apartment. The environment is quiet and very well located( beach, city center and bus). The house is comfortable and very clean. We needed some pots and pans, but other than that, it was great. The beds are comfortable and we slept well

5*The place to stay was as in the photos. We felt like we were at home. The house was clean , tasteful, and comfortable. Kitchen supplies were extremely sufficient. It was within walking distance of the center, and public transport. I would definitely stay again if I come back to Bournemouth. Thank you

Nice apartment, near the city centre. Also not far from upper gardens.
