BEDROOMS - The Master Double Bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The second bedroom is also a Double Bedroom which features a Juliet balcony. The third bedroom is configured as a twin room. There is a spacious lounge which includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) with double doors leading to the garden area. This house has a modern kitchen/diner with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The door from the kitchen takes you out to the patio area. On the first floor is a modern bathroom which has a bath and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The garden is a real feature of this property with three different sections making up the garden. The first section is a patio area off the kitchen. Off the lounge is the second section which has a patio and lawn area. The third section has a larger lawn and patio area and benefits from a summer house. LOCAL AREA

Avon Beach has been a family favourite for locals and visitors alike for generations, with its award winning beaches, clear waters and wholesome environment. If you walk along Avon Beach you will find The Noisy Lobster cafe, shop, ice cream parlour and The Fish and Chip Hut. And further along still you will find Mudeford Quay offering the ever popular family pastime of crabbing from the quayside. The Quay is known for its eighteenth century smuggling activities and battle with the Navy. The Quay Head is a pedestrian zone and the hub of activity set amongst a cluster of historic buildings thought to date from 1695 including the pub The Haven House Inn. Take a five minute ferry ride from Mudeford Quay and there are the unique beach huts on Mudeford Spit. In the evening in Mudeford you can enjoy a meal in the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant with its stunning harbour views. Next door to the Upper Deck is The Jetty, the multiple award-winning restaurant, perched on the waters edge. Also nearby to this accommodation is Steamer Point which is a 24 acre cliff top designated local nature reserve (LNR) that is situated between Highcliffe Castle and Friars Cliff on the Christchurch coastline. Highcliffe Castle is situated on the cliffs at Highcliffe. Highcliffe Castle has been described as arguably the most important surviving house of the Romantic and Picturesque style of architecture. Christchurch Quay, a short drive away, offers access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, childrens play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). Bournemouth town centre is only a car ride away for high street stores, tourist attractions and lots more family entertainment.

4* good base for the nearby beaches, great garden and garden room. laminate floor throughout so can be noisy if you drop anything. nice setting.

5* This place was nice to stay in, had most of what we needed and location was great. Near to the beach, not far from Bournemouth and a large supermarket around the corner. The place was clean, had lots of toys my son loved playing with and the summer house was well used! We also had a issue with the lock but this was rectified in less than 2 hours. A couple of issues we had were that there was no bin in the kitchen and no supplied bin bags. So make sure you take plenty of bags as you will have to change them every couple of days due to the smell. The sofas/ chairs were also rather uncomfortable, probably our personal preference but if you are spending your evenings in it is something to consider. And lastly the outside patio, seating area and table had a lot of cobwebs, bird poo and dead leaves. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned for quite some time; and we had to sweep/ clean this away before sitting out. But overall it was pleasant and our son loved it.

5* - Lovely house with garden, barbecue space and a barn in the garden for children to play. Ideal for our three children who felt instantly at home. The house was clean and tidy and with all necessary chores in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend the place, great for families and a good fit overall.

5* - We loved our stay at Cherry Mews, which has a few secrets to discover when you arrive. The private garden with seating area and hammock are fantastic as is the little out house. Lots of little quirks in the house which we loved, as did our kids as they discovered hidden areas and books and toys in their rooms. Would highly recommend this place. Location is okay, 15 minute walk to the beach through a residential area. Not the best but the house and it’s gardens make up for it. Would stay again!

5/5 - Happy visit to Mudeford. Booking process was easy, receiving the keys at home, made the entry process very smooth. The house was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this property to others.
