There is a spacious lounge which includes a SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) with double doors leading to the garden area. This house has a modern kitchen/diner with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The door from the kitchen takes you out to the patio area. On the first floor is a modern bathroom which has a bath and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The garden is a real feature of this property with three different sections making up the garden. The first section is a patio area off the kitchen. Off the lounge is the second section which has a patio and lawn area. The third section has a larger lawn and patio area and benefits from a summer house. LOCAL AREA

Avon Beach has been a family favourite for locals and visitors alike for generations, with its award winning beaches, clear waters and wholesome environment. If you walk along Avon Beach you will find The Noisy Lobster cafe, shop, ice cream parlour and The Fish and Chip Hut. And further along still you will find Mudeford Quay offering the ever popular family pastime of crabbing from the quayside. The Quay is known for its eighteenth century smuggling activities and battle with the Navy. The Quay Head is a pedestrian zone and the hub of activity set amongst a cluster of historic buildings thought to date from 1695 including the pub The Haven House Inn. Take a five minute ferry ride from Mudeford Quay and there are the unique beach huts on Mudeford Spit. In the evening in Mudeford you can enjoy a meal in the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant with its stunning harbour views. Next door to the Upper Deck is The Jetty, the multiple award-winning restaurant, perched on the waters edge. Also nearby to this accommodation is Steamer Point which is a 24 acre cliff top designated local nature reserve (LNR) that is situated between Highcliffe Castle and Friars Cliff on the Christchurch coastline. Highcliffe Castle is situated on the cliffs at Highcliffe. Highcliffe Castle has been described as arguably the most important surviving house of the Romantic and Picturesque style of architecture. Christchurch Quay, a short drive away, offers access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, childrens play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). Bournemouth town centre is only a car ride away for high street stores, tourist attractions and lots more family entertainment.

10/10 - Beautiful house immaculate inside very comfortable we even played the piano .. Great place we walked to the beach, we went all over the new forest and all the beaches in Bournemouth we did sea fishing and visited lots of lovely places. Great base for a visit to Dorset and Hampshire . Good booking in system.Any questions they have good easy communication. We well be back .. we holidayed as family and had two grand parents as well. Thank you for sharing your house.

OVERALL: 10/10 (Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Perfect house for a family or close group of friends. The house was spacious very clean and had a few special extras . There was as piano which my musician husband enjoyed playing!

5-star review - A very well-presented, quite new house, with all the facilities that we needed for a family holiday. We found it clean and comfortable. Avon Beach is about a mile’s walk away, and the New Forest is a short drive. It is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, only 200m from an entrance to Mude Valley Nature Reserve.
