BEDROOMS - This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed (which is a zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds), a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and a modern ensuite shower room and toilet. The second bedroom also has a Super King Bed (which is a zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds). Please note that both bedrooms are set up with linen for super king beds as standard. The open plan lounge/diner is a spacious and tastefully furnished room which benefits from sea glimpses and is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet service Provider). You will also find a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 in the lounge. From the lounge there are sliding patio doors out on to the decked balcony where you can enjoy the views and watch the world go by. The modern kitchen area is well equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The main bathroom is spacious including a bath, shower facility and a toilet. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre. The beach is accessed from the Gordon zigzag path and further along the cliff top you can find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is also a children's playground, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop just a short walk away from the property. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of this traditional seaside town.

5 star review - Lovely apartment that looks exactly like the pictures. Lovely touches like coffee, tea and biscuits. They also provided dishwashing and laundry packets, and towels. Was a home away from home. Really convenient to visit family in Bournemouth and attractions around it. Shops in southbourne were walkable while tesco was just a short drive away.

10/10 - Stylish apartment with well proportioned rooms and a well stocked kitchen- very comfortable- would definitely recommend. The apartment was a generous size, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped The balcony was a great space to enjoy the sunshine, the bed and the lounge seating were comfortable, and the allocated parking was a real bonus.
