BEDROOMS - This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed (which is a zip and link bed that can be separated into two standard single beds), a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and a modern ensuite shower room and toilet. The second bedroom has Twin Beds (which are zip and link beds that can be zipped together to make a super king bed). Please note the Master Bedroom is set up with linen for a super king bed and the second bedroom is set up with linen for twin beds as standard. This penthouse has a fantastic lounge and the highlight of this room is the sitting area in front of the sliding doors where you can sit back and enjoy the views. The sliding doors lead you on to the balcony giving sea views stretching from Hengistbury Head to Old Harry's Rock to the west. A perfect spot for a sundowner after a day on the beach. The lounge is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet service Provider) and a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2. The modern open plan spacious kitchen/diner area is well equipped with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The main bathroom is very spacious and includes a bath, a double shower cubicle and a toilet. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. The apartment has one allocated off road parking space in the drive. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Outdoor Education Centre. The beach is accessed from the Gordon zigzag path and further along the cliff top you can find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. There is also a children's playground, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop just a short walk away from the property. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of this traditional seaside town.

10/10 - Really well furnished modern penthouse apartment with a top view of the sea. Also South England is not cheap. The photos of the accommodation accurately reflect the penthouse apartment - a really excellently furnished and huge apartment that occupies the entire attic. No sound from the other 3 parties, the view from the balcony is great, there is really everything: stove, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner and a parking lot right outside the front door (the local authorities control otherwise and also distribute traffic tickets). Second row of course, but you can see the sea there and the seagulls fly around. The beach below the cliffs is within 5 minutes walking distance, also Boscombe Beach is only a few kilometers away.

9/10 - Relaxing, homely and comfortable. The location was ideal for going for walks along the beach and not too far from amenities. Beautifully decorated apartment with a homely feel.

Lovely apartment near the sea, spacious and clean. Positives: The good sized space, the picture window and balcony, newness, comfort and cleanliness. Additional Feedback: Nothing really, the houses in front restrict the view. But that can’t be helped.
