BEDROOMS - The first floor of the property boasts three bedrooms, a spacious Master Bedroom with a Super King Size bed, a second Double Bedroom with a King Size bed and a Twin Bedroom. The tastefully furnished lounge/diner has patio doors with steps that lead down to the garden. The lounge area is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and there is FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from the internet service provider). Off the lounge/diner is a snug/games room with a PROJECTOR SCREEN, an ideal place for the kids to relax. The separate, modern kitchen includes an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - AIR FRYER. The house has a modern bathroom with a bath and a shower facility, whilst the toilet is located in a separate room next to the bathroom. The garden features both a lawn and a patio with seating for guests to enjoy. There is one allocated off road parking space on the drive. Its remarkable location, nestled between Christchurch Harbour and the open sea, makes it a highly sought-after destination for holidaymakers. A delightful stroll from the property will lead you to Avon Beach. Along Avon Beach, you will discover the Beach Hut Cafe, The Noisy Lobster cafe, a shop, an ice cream parlour and The Fish and Chip Hut. Mudeford Quay, nearby, offers the popular family activity of crabbing from the quayside. We have used Bournecoast Holiday Agents before and whilst we were nervous about trying a new location after many years, it didn't disappoint. The property was tastefully decorated and perfect for adults and children, it felt like a home away from home. Access to the beach was surprisingly easy and the beds were unbelievably comfy and cozy, I've looked them up since! We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Also my mum loved the text about the bin as she was fretting which one to put out and when

I was extremely happy with this accommodation and felt like it was home-from-home. The owners were very prompt and welcoming when contacting me, and responded immediately when I had a query. The property was 100% clean and comfortable, conveniently located, very well equipped, good bedding and in a quiet but convenient location. I would definitely recommend the property and would definitely keep an eye out for it being available when I next come down with my family. I would rate this property 10/10!

Great stay!! Lovely house in a lovely location. Welcome hamper was a nice touch and towels! Nothing we did not like, if we were being picky and wanted a few extras it would be a high chair being available and an extra bonus a travel cot.
