BEDROOMS - This apartment has two well furnished bedrooms. The Master Double Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed with a Millbrook Wool 4000 pocket spring mattress. The second bedroom is a Triple Room with Bunk Beds which are made up of a Double Bed and a Single Bed. The bright and airy lounge/diner (dining table seats 4) is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The separate, modern kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will find free road parking outside the property (please note that the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed). NOTES - This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. £200 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets.

LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is a picturesque coastal area located to the east of Bournemouth and is conveniently close to the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway, and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, visitors can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. The nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, with easy access via a land train to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away, where visitors can find historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre, and many other facilities. For those seeking a livelier atmosphere, Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also only a short drive away, where traditional seaside town activities can be enjoyed and high street shops.

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Location is excellent for shops/restaurants and also beach, but still a nice quiet road. The place was furnished very nicely and everything was pretty much new - could do with putting in a blind for the bathroom window even though it is frosted! With small kids we were also very mindful of the fact that a lot of the furniture and carpets were white so had to be ultra careful with food/mucky hands. The kids’ toys was a nice touch and kept our daughters entertained. Minor point but there weren’t any kids cups, plates etc so also had to be careful with kitchenware. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

5/5 - Beautiful stay, closed to the beachhe flat is cosy and lovingly furnished. We booked for a Family of 5 persons. We had enough space, the beds are comfortable. The only drawback was that there were only 4 chairs at the dining table, even though there were 5 of us. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and everything was clean. We felt very comfortable.
