BEDROOMS - This apartment has two well furnished bedrooms. The Master Double Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed with a Millbrook Wool 4000 pocket spring mattress. The second bedroom is a Triple Room with Bunk Beds which are made up of a Double Bed and a Single Bed. The bright and airy lounge/diner (dining table seats 4) is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The separate, modern kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. You will find free road parking outside the property (please note that the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed). ADDITIONAL NOTES - This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. £200 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets. Strictly families only (stag/hen/other parties are not accepted).

LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is a picturesque coastal area located to the east of Bournemouth and is conveniently close to the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway, and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, visitors can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. The nearby Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve is also worth exploring, with easy access via a land train to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away, where visitors can find historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre, and many other facilities. For those seeking a livelier atmosphere, Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also only a short drive away, where traditional seaside town activities can be enjoyed and high street shops.

OVERALL: 10/10 (Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10) - Loved it. Loved the property very close to the sea , nice area to go for a run in the mornings. We had a great stay, very clean great location great communication from owners. Suggested Improvements: Lot's of neighbours looking in, good coverage by curtains , privacy a bit of an issue.

5-star review - A light, bright and clean flat with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. The beauty of this place is the location - minutes to the beach, and minutes the other way to a bustling street with cafes and restaurants. We had a great time and will definitely think about coming again
