At the rear of the property is a modern kitchen/diner with a lounge area. The stylish kitchen area includes an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - STEAM OVEN - WINE FRIDGE. The kitchen area also offers a breakfast bar with bar stools. Extending from the dining space are bi-fold doors which open on to a decked area. This property has the convenience of a utility room with a WASHING MACHINE.
