The third bedroom is a Double Room and features doors which open out onto the conservatory. As you enter the property you arrive at a large hallway with a quirky dining area, perfect for family meals. From here you will find a separate lounge, which is spacious and well-furnished and includes a FLATSCREEN SMART TV with SKY TV. FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The property has a modern kitchen which is equipped with a GAS RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - WINE FRIDGE - MICROWAVE. 5 star review - Very nice place to stay. Quiet area with restaurants and shops a short walk up the road. Not a far walk from the beach at all. Or a 1 min drive to the cliff top and walk down. Loved having the secluded off road parking too.

5 star review - Our trip away for the week with my daughter and 2 small dogs was perfect. So close the Pokesdown station, the beach is less than 10 mins walk away dog friendly also. The house was cozy and so inviting. We were able to make ourselves at home. The conservatory and garden were my favourite hang outs. Free standing bath was heaven after a day at the beach. There were so many additions we didn’t expect such washing up liquid and laundry care. Fresh towels set. We were very sad to leave but would definitely be booking again
