BEDROOMS - The beautifully furnished bedroom features a King Size Bed (which can be split into two Single Beds) and has a door which opens out onto a Juliette Balcony. Additionally, the room has its own modern ensuite shower room, comprising of a double shower cubicle and toilet. IMPORTANT - The bed will be set up as a King Size Bed, if you need the beds configured as Single Beds please email the Bournecoast Customer Services Team at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. The apartments lounge/diner is light-filled and designed to be open-plan for relaxed living. The lounge area is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The lounge also boasts a Juliette Balcony. The modern kitchen area includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note the space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk). ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. Bournecoast are also marketing a two bedroom apartment next door to this property allowing for multi-generational stays. EPC GRADE - B. £150 damage deposit required for holiday lets.

LOCAL AREA

The local Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. Known for being a seaside resort with an abundance of shopping and activity of its own, Boscombe is close enough to central Bournemouth for you to walk, travel by car or bus to take full advantage in exploring both places. Whilst Bournemouth is famous for its chines, Boscombe has its own. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels, and with a round of crazy gold thrown in for good measure. Surrounded by the famous sandy beaches of Bournemouth and for those who like to start the day the right way, the sea off Boscombe beach is perfect for an early morning swim. Offering a clean, quiet beach for you to make use of and with its own pier, Boscombe is located in an area which allows you to easily explore the surrounding areas. The seasonal land train runs along the promenade underneath the cliffs to the coastal town centre of Bournemouth with its extensive shopping and entertainment facilities, a plethora of restaurants and bars and more of the fabulous award winning beaches of the area.

5-star review - We had tickets booked for two concerts at the O2 Academy and this apartment was just a few minutes walk away, so ideal for our needs. The other benefit was the beach being so close too, which meant we got to enjoy a stroll in the sun and lunch with a view! The apartment was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed to self cater for our three day stay. Plenty of crockery etc, even washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels were provided (not something I ever take for granted!). The bed was very comfortable. Access to property was via a lockbox and clear instructions were given 24hrs ahead of our stay. Property has good security lighting. As mentioned, the apartment was in a good location for us, with a convenience store, post office and main supermarket all within walking distance.

This is a perfect one bed flat ideally located for the beach. Second time here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The apartment was lovely, a good size for two, well set out and very clean. A fan would have been useful (but not expected) as we stayed in the middle of a heatwave! We had no problem parking and would be happy to stay there again.

5-star review - Loved this little flat, perfect for a couple. Very clean and well stocked. Only one thing missing was a hair dryer. The best bit was only a 10 minute walk to beach. We parked car at the accommodation on arrival and didn’t use again until we left. Perfect location, all amenities within walking distance. We’ve already booked again and going back in 2 weeks.
