The annex has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, in the lounge area is a FLATSCREEN SMART TV and FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The modern kitchen area comprises of an ELECTRIC OVEN - ELECTRIC HOB - SEPARATE FRIDGE. The courtyard area offers table and chairs so guests can enjoy the outside space. This accommodation has road parking available (please note that these spaces are not reserved or guaranteed). ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. Please note that children are not accepted at this property.

St Catherines Hill, the highest point in Christchurch, treats residents to breath-taking panoramic vistas and serves as a popular destination for mountain biking, dog walking and hiking enthusiasts. Just a short stroll from the property lies the quaint St Catherines Hill shopping area, featuring a local convenience store, pet shop, butchers and a cosy rustic cafe/bar. Christchurch Quay, a short drive away, offers access through to the riverside walks, park, cafe, the Boathouse Restaurant, and bandstand. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting).
