The lounge has French doors which lead out on to the secluded front garden, with a patio area, table and chairs and steps down to the lawn. The house has a separate dining room with a sofa bed that sleeps 1 or 2. The light-filled kitchen features a dining area and includes a DUAL FUEL COOKER - GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVENS - DISHWASHER - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE - AIR FRYER. From the kitchen you will find patio doors leading out to the rear garden. The bathroom includes an L-shaped bath, shower facility and a basin. There is a separate toilet adjacent to the bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor. The rear garden has a patio with rattan furniture which boasts an alfresco dining area. There is also a lawn area where you can enjoy a game of TABLE TENNIS. Please note that there is a raised part of the garden at the back which is not accessible to visitors. Bournemouth town centre offers beautiful sandy beaches which have facilities to provide safe holidays for children, wonderful parkland and world famous gardens, big name shops and stores, family attractions, theatres, cinemas, clubs and nightlife. Bournemouth also has an excellent selection of family-friendly restaurants including the BH2 restaurant and Odeon Cinema complex where you are spoilt for choice. This complex offers an incredible state of the art, 10 screen multiplex ODEON cinema. The Pavilion Theatre and Bournemouth International Centre throw some of the most popular shows and concerts.
