Modern apartment close to the beach and free parking on the road which is a big bonus. The mattress could have been comfier, also the sofabed too.

It didn't have very good ventilation since the living room windows couldn't be opened, the bathroom didn't have any, and the only one was in the bedroom, but we couldn't open it more than a few centimeters.

As the apartment is situated on an upper floor, the opening of some windows is restricted in accordance with building safety requirements, which unfortunately limits how far they can be opened. 4/5 - The flat itself was very new, modern, well-structured, and well-equipped. However, there was one significant issue with ventilation that I think future guests should be aware of. The living room and kitchen share the same open-plan space, but unfortunately, the living room window does not open, so there is no direct ventilation from outside. As a result, when cooking or using the oven, the living area can become extremely hot and stuffy, as there is very little airflow or fresh air. The only window that opens is in the bedroom, and it opens by a maximum of around 15 centimetres. Therefore, for the entire flat, the only available source of fresh air is this small opening. Unfortunately, this means there is very limited airflow throughout the property, and the flat can feel quite warm and stuffy, particularly when cooking. Overall, I was happy with the property and especially appreciated how responsive and professional Bournecoast were. However, improving the ventilation would be great.
