This property enjoys a prime location in the sought-after Middle Chine area, offering direct access from the garden to a scenic woodland path which leads gently down to the sandy beach (approximately a 5 minute walk). Bournemouth Pier is a 15 minute walk away, with the town centre reachable within 20 minutes, offering high street shops, theatres, an Odeon cinema and restaurant complex, other restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family. The land train runs along the Promenade seasonally, from close by the bus terminus at the foot of the Chine, to Bournemouth Pier and to Boscombe Pier beyond.
