The property has an open plan lounge/diner which has further distant sea glimpses and is equipped with a SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). From the lounge are four steps down to a spacious roof terrace, where holidaymakers will enjoy additional distant sea glimpses. The kitchen area has an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - FRIDGE/FREEZER. This accommodation has a bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. This property is situated just a short walk away from Boscombe Pier and beachfront, with its Coastal Activity Park, and Boscombe shopping centre is also located within walking distance. Boscombe High Street offers a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Comfortably situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch, Boscombe is a slightly smaller, quieter part. Whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth, Boscombe offers a variety of amenities should you wish to remain local. OVERALL: 7/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 5 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 5 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 7.5) - Family beach weekend. The location was great, close enough to the beach and town attractions while being in a quiet area. It was nice to have a designated parking space, and the terrace added a flexible area to spread out our group of 6 people. Communication was great with the property manager. Suggested Improvements: There was a terrible odor from the kitchen. Something must have spilled on the carpet before our arrival, and after spending 3 days there, it smelled just as bad. The property manager was willing to send someone over if it was an urgent issue, but we kept hoping it would air out. The living room couch was convertible to a bed, but the two teenagers who would have slept on it found it too small to share and very uncomfortable.

OVERALL: 7/10 (Staff: 7.5 / Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 5 / Value for money: 7.5) - Location was good and the balcony a massive bonus. Suggested Improvements: Sofa bed and mattresses were very uncomfortable. They should invest in decent mattresses as the ones there are basic and you can fill the spring and the base.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 5 / Value for money: 7.5 / Bed rating: 5) - Location was good for us, short walk to the beach.. Nice porch. Nice neighborhood. Suggested Improvements: The mattress in the bottom bunk should be replaced. Very uncomfortable, as you could feel the metal springs through. Plates, bowls and cutlery were not clean, had to wash everything again before we could use it.

8/10 - Nice and comfortable stay near the beach. Excellent location, just about 7 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Very quiet area and the house itself. There is almost everything what you need for a stay in the flat with a family. Suggested Improvements: Only one thing which disappointed a little bit is that there is no any wardrobe or chest of drawers where you can keep clothes. If you stay for a week or longer it could be a big negative point.
