It is coming to that time of the year where we are getting in contact with holiday letting landlords registered with us in regards to getting their property ready for the holiday season.

It really is important to make sure that your property is of a suitable standard for guests, we all know how nice it is when we arrive on holiday and find the place we are staying clean, well equipped and looked after. First impressions really do matter and help with getting positive feedback.

We can offer you the choice of two holiday inspections, the standard holiday inspection which is free and the enhanced holiday inspection which is £50. The main difference is that the enhanced is a much more detailed report. After either the standard or the enhanced report if work is required or items are needed to be purchased then we can also offer a further service to manage that process for you, if you had the free holiday inspection this is £100 and is reduced to just £50 if you had the enhanced inspection.

The first few months of the year are the busiest for holiday rental bookings, with holidaymakers from all around the world using this time to start the year off by booking in holidays and much-needed weekend breaks, now is the best time to make some tweaks to your property listings and take advantage of this busy period to boost bookings. Having things like a decent coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and that all-important necessity, WiFi, will help you attract more guests to your property.
