4* - Accommodation as described. Good amenities, clean and close to the beach. We had a very enjoyable stay. Only issue was the tap in the bathroom sink splashed water all over and it was very difficult to use it without getting wet. If this was okay would have given 5 stars.

We really enjoyed our holiday. The flat was in an excellent location and was well resourced and cleaned to an extremely high standard.

5* Excellent flat, would visit again and highly recommend the accommodation and agents. Reasonable price for such a beautiful flat. Good tv, comfy beds and sofa-bed. Very clean and spacious and good location.

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment has a lovely feel to it. It was clean, bright and airy and the choice of beds available were ideal for older teens. With the added bonus of off road parking and so close to the beach and Chine. We would definitely stay again.
The only thing we did miss was having microwave safe crockery (non of the IKEA set had the symbol). The only things I found were the teapot (!!) and a couple of plastic storage tubs. With only one small saucepan (the other 2 were large stew pans) it was tricky doing just basic things heating milk (for cereal), foods, soup, beans, porridge etc. Otherwise well equipped.

The flat was great for our needs aswell as being clean and tidy.The owners have provided everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.Bournecoast were very efficient and helpful with any enquiries. We liked it that much we would return next year if the flat was available.

Good location just a short walk from a amazing beach. Lots to offer from the apartment, a good place to stay if you are in the area.
