We wanted to say a big thank you to you for all of you support and help before, during and after our holiday! We always felt very well looked after and could get in touch with you very easily. All requests were fulfilled in very short time and you always found solutions to problems we had. All in all a 10 out of 10 mark for everything.
To the house owner:
We felt very much at home in your lovely house with the big garden at the back. We could relax easily and especially enjoyed the garden shed with all of the extra chairs and equipment and the lovely detailed Tipps on what to do! It has been such a warm welcome having the flowers there, a card and a bottle of sparkling wine and one noticed that the house and its surroundings are looked after very lovingly. The location was a bonus with the sea around the corner and the bus stop and we loved every minute of our holiday - thank you for providing us with this lovely home and for your keeping us updated on the internet connection etc.

A fantastic bungalow and deceptively spacious. We had six adults, a baby in cot and two toddlers on inflatable beds.
Immaculately clean and well cared for, we knew the decor was less trendy but it had no impact on our enjoyment.
Huge garden that the children loved as long enough to have races and even ride their bikes around, big shed to store everything and lots of wind breaks, chairs etc for the beach.
Beds super comfy and plenty of storage.
Location perfect right by the beach and an easy stroll even for the little ones, great cafe/restaurant The Noisy Lobster. Easy walk to Mudeford Quay and the little ferry over to Hengistbury Head.
All in all a very enjoyable stay, owner very friendly but not intrusive. Definitely recommend.

We are a family of eight and all fitted in fine. Didn't use the car once all week, can walk to everything. Mudeford only a five minute walk, Highcliffe is a lovely walk through a nature reserve, shops up the road. Went to hengistbury head. The bungalow was so nice to stay in, highly recommend. Loads of take always deliver to this post code so it was a real treat!

Great location - 4/5 - Visited in June 21 with two kids (2.5 year and 15mths) and the grandparents. Was a good amount of room for us all and the garden particularly was a good size with plenty of room to run around in. The bungalow is well equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. The best thing is the closeness to the beach, a few mins walk away and all amenities you need plus a great beach. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but enough to do and also a nice walk into Christchurch. We will definitely be going back!

We spent Half Term at the bungalow and had a wonderful time. Our children (3&5) loved the huge garden, we loved the sun trap garden table, and we all loved the proximity to the beach! It was a lovely surprise to find garden chairs, windbreaks and crabbing nets in the shed, and we used all of them. It was handy having a big supermarket a few minutes drive away, and we enjoyed days out at Sno Trax, West Moors Country Park and Adventure Wonderland. There's loads to do nearby as well as obviously being so close to the fantastic beach. The decor in the bungalow is dated which we knew in advance from the photos, but the whole place was comfortable and had everything we needed. The welcome note, flowers and bottle of fizz from the owners were a really nice touch. We'd thoroughly recommend the bungalow to anyone, and hope to be back again ourselves.

Super location. House is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and exactly as specified. Garden is fabulous. It was our home away from home for a week. Booking support from agent was great and check-in easy. Lovely touch from the host who provided us a bottle of Cava. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay the other week with a perfect location, 2 mins walk from beach. Worked great for us and the amenities were more than sufficient. Garden was huge and very welcome. Everything as expected and the agency’s flexibility was extremely gracious given the short notice. Wonderful stay and would recommend for a group of students like us, as were the two bottles of Cava on arrival. Location Location Location - 4/5 - Perfect weeks family holiday. Location to beach, quay and shops could not be beaten. Weather was superb and with such a gorgeous large garden we were able to enjoy most of our meals and evenings outside. Children enjoyed seeing hedgehogs at the bottom of the garden and most nights a fox appeared to check us out!

Ideal location with loads to do. Brilliant bungalow just 3minutes walk from sandy accessible beach that you can swim in. Lovely property with huge garden and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Loads in driving distance including ferries to Brownsea and I.O.W, tearooms, Bournemouth beach, Lymington water park and new forest walks. We had an great stay.

A very clean, well equipped and comfortable bungalow. The owners have it very organised and welcoming for visitors. The location is ideal, quiet but an easy walk to Avon Beach and Mudeford Quay.

A very comfortable seaside stay. A warm and comfortable house. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. Spacious garden and lots of natural light. Ideal for exploring the coast, going further afield by car or bus and great walks in the New Forest. Nearby Mudeford Quay and Christchurch are gems. The house is very comfortable for 6 though the sofa bed in the lounge can be used as well. Good shops nearby and plenty of close restaurants to choose from too. We really enjoyed our stay in this house and the opportunity to explore an area that was new to us.

Great for children. This holiday let is close to a sandy beach which was our main criteria when we booked . We were very pleased with it , it was clean with a big garden and lots of parking (our friends visited us so there were 3 cars) we just walked to the beach each day or to Mudeford Quay so the kids could go crab fishing. A very relaxing holiday.

Nice place near beach. Avon beach near Mudeford is a great place for children, no slot machines just sand, crab fishing at Mudeford Quay and car free cycling at Mudeford sandbank. The holiday let was clean, tidy and had a large garden for the kids to run around in. We just walked to the beach each day no need to drive its only about 200 meters A easy stress free holiday.

Close to a lovely beach. Mudeford Quay and Avon beach are a good holiday destination and this holiday let is great , clean tidy, and loads of room for the children to play in the big garden. The whole week was sunny which made this holiday one of our best.

Stress free - This was a wonderful holiday, there’s lots to do locally. Our daughter loved seeing the deer and ponies in the new forest. Our son loved the crab fishing. It was great having such a big safe garden for the children, such a change from out flat. The holiday let was modern inside and clean and tidy. We just walked to the beach each day, it was really close, We will be back!

This is a perfect property for a family holiday, good sized accommodation which is comfortable and well equipped with a large, safe garden at the back. A great location, situated in a quiet area, within walking distance of a lovely beach and an easy drive to the beautiful New Forest. Our grandchildren loved it and we hope to come back again!

Great for children, near the beach, big garden. We took our family, two children and my elderly mother in August. It was great, an easy level walk to the beach. The kids loved crab fishing at Mudeford Quay and playing in the large garden. The let is clean, tidy and modern inside. We will be back !

We enjoyed our family holiday tremendously. The house was not only charming, but perfect for our needs, as was the garden. Having 2 little children and a baby with us was a challenge, so thank you for a superb kitchen, and all the appliances including a lovely big refrigerator and a great washing machine. Our week was blessed by perfect weather. We all have very happy memories of our time at the Island View bungalow. Dealing with Bournecoast has been a pleasure. We will call you again for our next holiday in England.
