Lovely Property. We had a lovely time at this property. We loved the rooms and their sizes plenty of room to either be all together or on your own. Lovely large fridge and freezer. Plenty of hot water for all those showering too. Thanks for a lovely stay.

5* The house was great for our family of six. Easy walk to the beach. We eat out in Bournemouth which was around a 40 min walk to get into the town. Loved the pizza oven - made the best pizzas !

Great Property. This place is excellent. It is big enoughto accomodate the number of people it says. Its close to Boscombe beach, just 5 minutes, and Boscombe town centre, and Bournemouth is a very easy walk. So overall a great place to stay.

4* A super house and lovely garden. Would recommend. Boscombe itself is somewhat run down but with cars easy to get to nicer areas for beaches, restaurants etc

This was our second time at this property, like the first time, we now too had a wonderful time at No. 16 Gordon Road. Returning guest are the best evidence!
The house was nice and clean upon arrival, and our ordered Cots were waiting for us upon arrival… Heating worked perfectly.
And as usual beds and linen were fresh and comfy. Kids had an amazing time in the back garden too.
This is the perfect place for a larger family Holiday.

5/5 - Family weekend away. Lovely modern property. Pretty walk down to the seafront through Boscombe Chine gardens. Flat walk or land train to Bournemouth pier along the coastline. All amenities (toilet roll, hand wash, tea towel, towels, linen etc) provided. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen is quite small for a property of this size however, we did manage to cook for 10 on a few occasions. The only toilet on the ground floor is located right at the back of the property (through a corridor, the dining room and kitchen) off of one of the downstairs bedrooms. This wasn’t a huge problem for us but would be an issue for someone with reduced mobility as it is a small room and up a step.

Such a great size and position for the Bournemouth area. A walk or a very short drive got us around to everywhere we wanted to go. House is well designed with a nice modern feel to it. Would highly recommend for groups and family trips. Just sad we didn’t get to use the pizza oven in the end.

Had a lovely stay , such a lovely house :) the beds and linen were one of the best things so comfy. Rooms were stylish and nicely furnished. Plenty of bathrooms and showers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 16 Gordon Road Boscombe. The property fulfilled our expectations and more than satisfied our needs. There was plenty of room for 10 of us including 4 children. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds very comfortable with spacious dining and relaxing areas.
When the bins weren't collected by the binmen we contacted your office and the issue was resolved by the time we returned to the house later that day- very efficient, many thanks.
The location of the property was good - an easy and pleasant walk to the beach via the Chine gardens.
Being able to park 3 cars in the property was very helpful.
We highly recommend this property as a holiday let.

5/5 - Great family home. The house is very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Everything is walkable. Bus stop five minute walk. Parking for 3 cars. 4 at a squeeze. Two TVs. Bring your own board games.

Excellent spacious and beautifully maintained property. Ideal for our 3 generation family holiday. Great location for the sandy beach being a 10 min walk through the Chine gardens. The garden is a great space to chill out.

We had a great stay in Boscombe, the house was perfect for our group of 8, very clean and newly refurbished. The pizza oven in the garden was also a nice addition. The location is good also, close to the local shops and some good restaurants. We would recommend James & White and Urban Reef, both a short walk from the house.

What a wonderful property! We stayed here as a group of 9, including a 2 year old. It felt like being in a cosy, homely version of an independent boutique hotel. Importantly, key comforts like heating, hot water, wonderful showers, comfy beds, wifi and modern TVs were a dream!! I would absolutely recommend this property on these things alone. In addition, however, the decor was absolutely gorgeous and made it feel like we were somewhere special. Extra comforts like the washing machine and dryer really made a difference for us. The very lovely owner popped round during our stay to deliver hairdryers in case we needed them and when I mentioned there were a few small things missing on our arrival like condiments, soap, hangers I couldn't believe when she returned to the property with all of them - i wasn't expecting it at all and I was truly impressed with her desire to make our stay wonderful - thank you! The kitchen is a tiny bit tight but you know what they say about too many chefs in the kitchen...and we managed absolutely fine. The fridge and freezer are full length, plus plenty of other storage space for a big shop. There is also an orange juicer! The garden is beautiful. We didn't use the BBQ but did use the pizza oven - I was very grateful that the owner had thought of everything to enable a guest to use this without having to pop to the shops - there was tinder, wood, and self lighting blocks and the pizzas came out lovely - really made for a memorable activity from the comfort of the house. The property is minutes walk away from beautiful gardens where there is a basketball court, a cafe, crazy golf, and a wonderful tree lined walk straight down to the beach front. It's also just a few minutes walk away from the high street - we'd really recommend Pizzeria Via Roma; an authentic family run Italian restaurant and Babooji; a recently opened modern Indian restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this!
