5* - A great family property with ample space for our party of 7. Well equipped clean kitchen, clean bathrooms and a fantastic large living area with amazing view across the Bournmouth coast. We couldn’t of wished for a better property for our Christmas break. Bournecoast Agents offered great communication on the lead up to the holiday so this made everything so easy for us just to arrive and enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.

Amazing views - 5/5 - We've just had a lovely 4 day stay in this bungalow overlooking the sea. The rooms are all a good size and the views are to die for, even in the winter. Really good location, only 5 minutes walk to the pub and local high street. The only negative is that it could do with a shower upstairs, especially if all the rooms were being used.

4/5 - Holiday with sea view. A lovely warm homely house. Location was not within Southbourne high street as we were over seventy and buses into Bournemouth only every hour. My friends found stairs difficult. Having said that there was plenty of room for a family. Sea view wonderful. House needed some updating but very clean. Concerned garage door panels had fallen out and neither front nor back garage doors secure.Reported to Bournecoast. I would suggest toilet brushes r changed and an idiots guide to tv is written we had problems but sorted by agents. We enjoyed our holiday and I would go back to the property.

Beautiful outlook. Southbourne town had some nice shops. Kitchen was well equipped. All appliances worked well too.

5 STARS - We needed to rent a property for a few weeks, as we had a gap between a house sale and a purchase. The team at Bournecoast could not have been more helpful. With four kids and a pet, also with a need for a decent internet connection for home working and home schooling, we had quite demanding requirements…no problem, these were met without issue. We had the most amazing time, with stunning sea views and would highly recommend both the property and using Bournecoast. None of us wanted to leave!!! Thanks for everything.

4/5 - Perfect location - view incredible. Amazing location , perfect for all ages. Bedding (quilts/pillows) a little tatty and could do with being replaced. But that didn’t hamper our stay.

We are getting along fine and love the house and its location. The Customer Care Team at Bournecoast are second to none and have immediately and courteously dealt with the few issues or queries we raised.
