OVERALL: 10/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Amazing house for family time. Really well resourced and positioned. Bedrooms were amazing, very comfortable and clean. Kitchen and living space was well designed and great to use for family time. Suggested Improvements: The water pressure in the upstairs shower was very low. The games room was cold.

5-star review - We had an absolutely amazing time in Bournemouth and this house was 10/10. Amazing space, size, room for 10 of us and such a brilliant laid out house. Location was just unbelievable, so close to the Christmas markets and everything to do in Bournemouth, close to the pier as well. Would stay again and are trying to book asap!

10/10 - The house was modern, light and airy - lovely balconies and well equipped kitchen. Loads of space - 4 spacious bedrooms plus additional room on the ground floor including games table. 5 minutes walk down to the beautiful beach - 5 minutes walk to centre of town. Perfect position. Had a great meal at a local Mexican restaurant. Beryl bike stop about 200m away so hired bikes to ride along to Sandbanks.

Suggested Improvements: Place could have been a little cleaner, looked like a one if the blinds had been ripped down so quite light in one of the bedrooms.

5-star review - Our stay was very lovely. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach and other activities. A great house with lots of games so one never gets bored. We particularly enjoyed the table tennis and snooker.

Very spacious had everything we needed home from home. Suggested Improvements: Little tired in some areas that need attention for a luxury property didn’t effect our stay.

9/10 - Excellent facilities for a group of friends or large family with a games room and board games. This house was excellent-spacious and extremely well equipped with everything one could possibly want with an air fryer, coffee pod maker, and all manner of cutlery, glasses, pots & pans. We stayed a week. The games room is excellent with air hockey and billiard table etc plus a karaoke machine. In addition there are multiple board games-so it was perfect for us with 4 children of different ages.

OVERALL: 8/10 - Visit to Bournemouth, where I was born. The house is beautiful (although there are stairs to enter and you have to keep in mind that it has several floors), it is fully equipped. The entrance floor has a toilet, a small room with a large television, and a games room. On the first floor there is a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is very comfortable and spacious, and the living room leads out onto a large terrace with great views. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor and there is a very large extra room in the attic. One advantage for large groups is the number of bathrooms, as each room has its own en suite bathroom except for one.

5 STAR REVIEW - We had a great time staying at this house!) The space is huge, have separate play room, and everything you need) Location is great, have many shops nearby. Very quiet and we had great peaceful sleep. Recommend to everyone who is traveling with big companies!)

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Christmas decorations were much appreciated, as was the welcome pack. The house was perfectly situated for our needs, as we could reach the shops and town centre entertainment facilities on foot, so did not need to rent a car. The house is well equipped, particularly the kitchen and games room. We will definitely consider returning to this house should we hold another family reunion in Bournemouth.

4 star review - Once over the threshold it looked charming welcoming with christmas tree and lights. The place is large and spacious. inside the house layout is unusual but all very nice accept the sofa which is well past its best and didn't seat all guests. Nice sea view once you can see past neighbouring plot of unsightly land. The beds are very comfortable. kitchen very well equipped. Internet wasn't great streaming programs intermittent as keeps stopping.showers good ,huge big bath charging point for phones etc a nice addition.

5* A great place to base ourselves for our east Dorset holiday. Easy walk to the beach and Bournemouth town centre and simple drives to numerous other locations including Sand Banks and Poole Harbour. A lovely home too, with great facilities, plenty of everything we needed and lovely in and outdoor spaces for relaxing.

The house was lovely and in a great location, 5min walk to centre of the town, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for your stay, plenty of seating inside and out. We were a family of 6 adults, 3 young grandchildren and a dog and all of us enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had a fantastic holiday made all the better with this beautiful home. It had all the amenities you need and more! The games room was an excellent addition. Stunning beaches also just a short stroll away but the walk is a little steep if you have any mobility issues. We would highly recommend this property.

5/5 - Our family holiday. The property is as seen on line. Excellent location, very well equipped and large enough to provide enough space and privacy for nine people. The outside patio is a good size but needs the glass boundaries to be cleared of cobwebs and a general clean. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house.

5* - House was absolutely great! Four adults stayed with a 7yo, 3yo and 2yo plus dog. The social space was fantastic and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Games room and separate social area was great fun. Kitchen really well equipped with everything you could need to cook a meal or even a roast. Plenty of seating options inside and out. Walking distance to beach and city centre. Very quiet. Could very happily live in this house.

4/5 - Nice place to stay. We stayed as family with 2 dogs for a week. Great location, lots to do for all ages and lots of places to take the dogs for walks and even out to eat with us. House is huge, nice to have room to all be together but also enough space to have quite time too. Garden was safe but the pond was a bit of an issue for one our dogs as he loves water. There was lots of stairs so not ideal if anyone struggles. Overall the house was a really nice place to stay, it had everything we needed inside and out, the only downside was it could have been a bit cleaner, maybe a good deep clean once or twice a month inside and out.

Great location. The house is situated 5 mins from the main high street, which was great. The surrounding area is a bit hilly. Loud voices and noises from party goers can be heard quite clearly in the loft room at the top of the house. One of the double rooms was very bright in the morning. Lovely welcome pack. Very well equipped with all everyday household appliances. The children loved the games room. The balcony was great for drinks and socialising.. We even had a bbq - equipment was available, just had to buy the coals. Clean and comfortable.

5* - We had a great time in this fantastic house. Our triplet 3 year olds loved staying up on the top floor in the large studio-style room (bedroom 1). The other bedrooms were all very comfortable and all had ensuites except for bedroom 4, which has a bath/shower room directly across the hall. The girls loved playing air hockey in the games room and running about on the decking & side garden. This is an amazingly spacious house, with plenty of space to spread out and relax both inside and outside. You do have to use the stairs quite often to get about the place, but this keeps you in shape for the somewhat hilly terrain of Bournemouth!

5* - Fabulous House! We really enjoyed our stay in Bournemouth (it helped that the weather was amazing!). The house itself is extremely well setup, with everything you can think of available and gorgeous furnishings. The wireless chargers were great feature. Bournecoast Holiday Agent provided all the information we needed ahead of our arrival and responded to any queries really quickly. We hope to be back!

Great house for family and friends. Don’t think the images quite do it justice. Loads of space inside. Lovely outside seating. Secure garden. Great for pets too. Games room much enjoyed! Location great for Poole / Sandbanks / Studland and more. Would def recommend.
