Great location, a 5min walk to the beach and very access friendly.

The property is in an excellent position. Easy access to everything and plenty of amenities close by. It is very quiet and peaceful and within walking distance to the beach and local shops. The garden is not enclosed which is a problem if you have a dog with you. There is everything you need within the property. It is basic but perfect for a short stay. The beds were a bit hit and miss. The double was comfortable as was the single in the single room but one of the mattresses in the twin room was very uncomfortable.

Nice flat, lovely location and enjoyed the use of the garden. Very well equipped and comforable with everything we needed. Already pre booked for next year

Great location, very close to the beach and Southbourne Grove which is a lovely little high street. We know Southbourne well so knew this location would be great. Easy check in as well. Would stay again

We stayed here for a week in April. It was a perfect position for shops and the fantastic beach. It had everything we needed for a family break away. It was clean, tidy and comfortable and also surprisingly quiet. The added bonus of the small outside space was great, although it would be even better if it was fenced off from the drive way to make it more private. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and tidy when we arrived. Well equiped had everything we needed. Well furnished. Only thing missing was a bedside lamp in the twin bedroom. Have already booked for next year

Fabulous stay - 4/5 - Enjoyed a midweek break. Flat was perfect for us - 3 ladies but could sleep 6. Comfy beds and very spacious living room and ultra huge bathroom suitable for disabled clients as well as 2nd bathroom. Walking distance shops and beach. Good parking and small outdoor space. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location - 5 minutes walk to the seafront/cliff top one way and the same to a good variety of shops the other. The wet room was a real bonus with the dog (and us!) getting quite wet on our walks as the weather wasn’t great when we visited. Gluten free restaurants nearby were a bonus. DVD player available but you need to take your own DVDs as non provided.

Good overall. Much more spacious than I anticipated. Location is terrific. Its a very short walk one-way to the beach, and a very short walk the other for shops.

This space is roomy. I stayed with three grandchildren and son, so five of us. It's brilliantly close to the beach, parks and shops and was clean and tidy. A good place to spend a week with parking spaces outside, so great location all round.

Perfectly placed for a quiet, relaxed location. Really short walk to seafront and coffee shop, and the opposite way to shops, take aways, restaurants, pubs and more coffee shops!

A great location just a few minutes walk from the sea. Apartment was fairly basic but comfortable enough to enjoy the stay. Easy parking
