OVERALL: 10/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10).
It was easy to access, the main door needed a good push to open. It was in a good location and parking was available. We had an apartment on first floor with windows facing the street. It was light and spacious for us. Would definitely go back there.

5* Location was very good. House was clean except for the kitchen handles (a bit greasy) and coffee mugs (stains). Gets a bit hot during summer, but it helps if you keep the blinds down. Didn’t have a full body mirror, only two small ones one in the bedroom one in the bathroom, that’s a small minus. The windows are towards the street, it’s not busy but bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would come again, great value for the price!

5* - Great value (we were there over Christmas) for short walk to a great high street and gorgeous coastline. It suited three of us (2 adults, 1 child) very well.

The stay was enjoyable and the unit was great evidenced by the fact that this is the third time I have stayed there and I intend to book again for Easter in 2023. The unit is very clean and well appointed, the technology for media is a little old (TV etc.) but I can understand with rising costs in the UK why this is the case. I really enjoy its great location halfway between a great High Street and the Southbourne Cliffs, perfect.
I really look forward to staying there again.

4* - Excellent location close to beach. Parking easy and convenient. Although you could carry stuff to beach, the zigzags down are long, so we parked up near them. Just 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk. Bath as well as shower-unit a bonus. Electric all in, and hotwater was fine. Toilet not separate to bathroom. Room is a suntrap so gets hot, but windows are not sash-type so easy. For those not used to dishwashers, bring your own tea-towels. Perfect for a couple or up to 4 with sofabed in main room. Will definitely be using again.

Simple but beautifully appointed, clean as a whistle one bed flat. If there is a down side, bed is a 6' by 4' 6". Great location for Southbourne shops, bars and restaurants and within ten minutes walk to the beach.

A lovely property within 5mins of the beach. It was the perfect base to explore this beautiful area. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and everything we needed for a short break by the sea. It was clean and all bed linen and towels were provided. My children are already asking when we can go back!

Nice location easy access - 4/5 - The location is great the beach is at the end of the road, and at the other end is a large Costa coffee bar, although we didn't go for the beach we did enjoy coffee. The general area is what attracted us Christchurch, Poole, Bournemouth, Wimbourne, Lymington, etc, The flat was very easily accessed, with good parking, was clean, tidy well equipped, and comfortable. It was very private, there were other people in adjacent flats but we never saw them.

Ideally positioned apartment between the shops, cafes and restaurants and the beach with lovely walks along the beachfront. Spotlessly clean apartment with plenty of space for suitcases ( we were travelling from Australia for a month) Comfortable living room and bright bay window. Parking is outside at the front of the building which is very handy.

We had really nice days - the apartment is cute, and for four it worked well! The location is absolutely great, a few minutes to the coast and a few minutes to the High Street of Southbourne. Recommended!

Very nice apartment in a central location to the beach and the center. We had problems with the WLAN, which were fixed immediately. Very good service!
