8/10 - We really enjoyed our stay in Bournemouth. The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The kitchen was also well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Our only complaint was the lack of fans in the apartment. It was extremely hot when we arrived, and all of the windows had been closed, so the apartment felt very warm and stuffy. We tried to purchase fans locally, but because of the heatwave, we were unable to find any. Without a way to cool the apartment down, it was quite difficult to sleep at night. Overall, we enjoyed the location and appreciated how clean and well-equipped the apartment was. Adding a few fans for warmer weather would make a big difference for future guests.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 7.5 / Value for money: 10 / Bed rating: 7.5) - An excellent base for a Bournemouth stay, a short walk from the sea and from lots of lovely eateries. The flat is a good size, once the heaters were all switched on it was warm and cosy, even in February. Suggested Improvements: The sofas are not comfy at all. The tv remote controls could use some new batteries!

OVERALL: 8/10 - Quiet location a few minutes walk from the beach. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofa corner. Suggested Improvements: The apartment is too small for 4 people (too small dining table, very small children's room).

5/5 - Grand Escape - Ample parking. Close to beach , shops, bus routes. Quiet location, well equipped kitchen. Bedrooms with plenty of storage space… Maybe the double bedroom could have had a king size bed.

4/5 - Ideal location, generally great flat. My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying in this apartment which really met and even exceeded our expectations in some ways. The location is perfect as it is situated on a road between the shops and beach which was ideal for us as we could easily wander to get groceries or the other way to spend beach days on the sandy beach. There were some issues eg. Some crockery wasn't entirely clean, the linen didn't really match up to beds ie. There weren't quite enough duvets and the pull out trundle bed was facing the wall so we had to search a bit to find another bed! All in all, however, it was a lovely place with a comfy sofa bed and good space. We'd definitely go again!

Visitor was happy to report the flat was clean and tidy, well furnished and equipped, they had a great stay and will booking the property again next year
