5 star review - Great location with shops nearby, there is a playground and park 2 minutes walk from the house. You can drive to the beach in 10mins. The house itself was homely and perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved it. It is lovely to have that little garden but there is no table/garden furniture to actually enjoy it, that should really be improved.

Good accomodation No WiFi. We enjoy our holiday. The access to the House with a Code works without problems. In the kitchen you find everything they have one fridge extra for drinks and one huge with a freezer. One thing is important when you car is huge like a estate car in our case parking could be a challange the road to the house is very crowded. The neighbours were nice and moved their cars that we could park. The only missing thing was WiFi. I hope they work on it.

What a lovely house this is - spotlessly clean and with every amenity we could wish for. Very central for places we wanted to visit.

4* Great house, parking space was an excellent addition. We enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were no wi-fi (kids were disappointed! I didn’t mind ??) and the oven didn’t work but this was raised with the agents and hopefully has been sorted now.

5/5 - Close local amenities. This is the second time staying. It is conveniently close to our family so we can visit but still have space away. Great location for visiting Dorset attractions and shopping in Bournemouth and Poole. Only downside is no wifi.

4* - A homely warm quiet and spacious house. Perfect base for me and my three grandsons. Not pristine but, relaxing enough with the children. Kitchen very well equipped and clean.

4/5 - Seaside holidays. Great house in good locations, short walk to a shops and 20 min walk to seaside. We did enjoyed the stay in the houe, very practical and have nessasery equipment. Lovely garden too! We would stay again. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay here and it couldn't have been in a more perfect location for us. It was in a nice quiet area, good parking and had everything we needed. Our only criticism would be the extremely squeaky stairs (not ideal if you have to use the bathroom of a night!). We would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!

Convenient location - 4/5. We were at the property for 10 days. It was conveniently situated to family close by, the beach and a little bit of Sightseeing. A mix up with the door code was quickly sorted with the property management. Off road parking was great as the area was very busy with on road parking. Wifi would have been good but wasn't absolutely necessary for our stay.

5/5 - Location: Looks a little worn in the area but don't let that put you off. Bus station is ten mins walk and with cheap family tickets with regular buses, we went all over. Very highly recommended.

Great location. Bus stop 3 minutes walk from house. Number 2 bus goes into Bournemouth just 10 minutes on the bus. The bus very frequent. House great a real home from home. Towels are great. Everything you need. Really enjoyed the stay with the family.

We (4 adults) stayed here at the beginning of June and found the property to be exactly as described and perfect for our needs. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed.
It is very well situated, whether you walk, drive or use a bus. We did all 3! We walked to the beach and pier and into Bournemouth, using the car and bus to venture further afield.
We would definitely recommend the property

We had a lovely stay at this place. It was a clean and cozy home away from home. The beds were very comfortable, the towels fluffy and the kitchen was well-equipped to cook meals. We had a car so it was very easy to get to the beach but also to the New Forest and Paultons Park (Peppa Pig World). We would be happy to stay here again if in the area.

We had a lovely five night stay at this property. It is well equipped with all thats needed for your stay. Beds very comfortable, thick fluffy towels, plenty of cooking equipment, china etc., and heating included as and when needed. Shops and beach within walking distance. We would definitely come to this property again.

Fairly central and yet surprisingly quiet location, so all good there.. The only minor issue was the narrow one way street which made it a little awkward parking on the drive.. This was the only minor issue really

My family and me had a great time staying in Boscombe. The house is located in a quiet residential area, it was sparkling clean on our arrival, fully equipped, with comfortable beds and very clean bedlinen and towels. We were very happy with the host and would love to come back one day.

5/5 - Lovely holiday. The house is very nice , clean and comfortable. It has all essentials. located in quite good area close to shops and park. Although car is advised, It was good idea to don’t use a car and walk to the beach every day keeping ourselves active it just about 20 minutes walk away. Happy we were there and would go again . We were really pleased with the house. It was spotless and the facilities especially in the kitchen were fantastic. It's in a residential street but well located to visit all the local attractions. Thanks so much to the hosts and we would defintely love to come and stay here again.

Very far out the town centre, by walk its about 45 min and 10 min by car. Apart from that, had a good stay.

Really is the coast with the most. Very typical of the country and so cozy that we had to persuade the children to excursions. Nobody missed the WLAN (3 teenagers!) In the house everything is necessary, bed linen and towels also in sufficient quantity. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is friendly, but suitable for toddlers. A double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the living room- ideal for 4 people, but we are also to sixth place. In the yard, the laundry is quickly dry and a wind-sheltered seating area on the terrace invites you to sit outside until it is dry. A bus stop e.g. The center of Bournemouth is just around the corner, the shopping arcade with bus station a 7-minute walk away and -for us with a toddler-the Kingspark with a large playground just opposite. The house itself is located in a quiet side street in the district of Boscombe, but close enough to everything important if you like us without a car. For some major excursions you will be picked up by the coach directly in Boscombe (Stonehenge for example). For swimming we preferred the 15 minutes walk to the cozy beach of Boscombe, as to go by bus to the beach of Bournemouth. And the buffets and restaurants in the pedestrian area of ??Boscombe have meant that we almost had breakfast "at home". The food is great there! Boscombe may not be very classy, ??but it quickly feels familiar and is both quiet and conveniently located. If you have explored everything after a few days, all you have to do is take the bus and go directly to Christchurch, Poole or shopping in the pedestrian area of ??Bournemouth. There is always something going on there. Or you can take the ferry from Christchurch to the bottom of the bay and walk along the endless sandy beach back to Boscombe (only for people who are good on foot). Shortly before the departure we also met the very friendly landlady. We did not want to leave…

Perfect apartment if you coming down as a family and want to spend some quality time with your family . It is very close to the town and the beach so do not worry about the transport . It is right on the spot . Hope you enjoy your stay
