The location of the apartment was ideal - a short walk to the cliffs at Southbourne and the Fisherman's Walk Zig Zag down to the beach. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Grove. There are some good independent shops, bakeries and cafes and a variety of restaurants - plenty of choice.

10/10 - everything was just wonderful, the house was very clean, comfortable. Very close to the beach and the city center where you can have a delicious meal.

5/5 - Wonderful visit. The Annex was perfect for our purposes. Easy walk to family, Southbourne and the clifftop. Bed was comfy, decor beautiful, patio delightful. Only negative was that the internet would not stretch on my phone to the bedroom. My partner had less trouble. Would love to know if there is a special price for an extended stay next year. A month or more. Thank you.

10/10 - Great location, spaceous and exelently equiped appartment. All necessary items are available. Nice welcome gift. Feels like you are at home by yourself. Be awere of rules before leaving, there is list what should be done. Totally recomend this appartment. 10/10 - Amazing apartment, great location. Amazing apartment, deceptive in size when first seen from the outside, loved the wooden floors as it kept the areas inside cool. The small touches of sparkling water, wine, beverages and biscuits was appreciated. The bed was comfy as and the room itself is light and bright with lots of wardrobe space too. The apartment was only a 10 mins walk to the beach which was great as I enjoyed the early morning walks before it became too busy.

5* - The seaside annex is situated within a 10minute walk to the beach in a peaceful neighbourhood. The annex is immaculately presented with contempary styling and a very well equipped kitchen. The extra touches of complimentary wine and toiletries were much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return again in the future.

Great times in a comfortable residence, in a beautiful area. Very modern everything you need. Really spacious, looks small from outside just step in and see. Beverages were great, sparkling water and wine. Thanks!

10/10 - lovely space , clean and comfortable and lots of little extras that make it so handy ! even some washing liquid in case you need to use the washer . fantastic outside seating area too. - Cleanliness 10 / Location 10 / Facilities 10 / Comfort 10 / Value for money 10.

A lovely flat, ideally situated for both beach and shops/restaurants. The property was very clean and tidy. We had everything we needed and the furnishings were very confortable.

5* - The Seaside Annex is a wonderful flat with great and modern facilities. My wife, daughter and I spent nine wonderful days in this accommodation. Coffee, tea were available for the guest. Even dishwasher and laundry detergent were ready. The dreamlike garden with a palm tree invited to cosy evenings with a glass of wine. If you fancy a short walk to the sea, this is the place for you (2 minutes). Southbourne (5 minutes) is a quiet town with nice shops and restaurants (Ludo Lounge, etc.). If you come by car, you can park it for free on the quiet street. So if you like a quiet place, long walks on the beautiful beach and nice people, this is the place for you. We will be back :) Thank you dear Bournecoast Holiday Agents team for the perfect organisation, communication and the uncomplicated course of our trip.

Great quiet location, spotlessly clean and well appointed accommodation. The courtyard patio was a great feature on a sunny day. It even has its own 'palm' tree!!! Met the host briefly, who made us welcome. Would certainly use again.

The holiday flat has everything you need for a relaxing break ,it is furnished to a very high standard and is close to both the beach and many independent restaurants and cafes.I can recommend the restaurant Sobo if you are a fish lover ,fantastic choice and value for money .

A lovely place to stay for the two of us. Great position for the beach and shops all within a short walk. Seaside Annex was clean and tidy with all that you need. Highly recommend.

The property is exactly as in the pictures. Peaceful and quite but close enough to shops, bars and restaurants but most importantly only 3 minutes to the beach! I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope that if ever we are holidaying this way again we could stay here.

This is a really well designed flat. It is a little gem and so comfortable. Ideal location with easy access to shops/restaurants and beach. I would certainly recommend and hope to return.

Very good stay at this studio apartment, local shops and bars just around the corner, beach is just up the road. Was clean when we arrived and very cosy, would definitely stay here again.
