10/10 - This house was beautifully clean and a great location for Avon beach. It had everything you would need for a comfortable holiday. Great for kids, with a spacious garden. We stayed 2 weeks and would come back again.

4* - Good stay, property as described and interior nice and clean. Nice living room and good selection of board games. Walk to either Avon beach or mudeford quay in around 15-20 mins. Few niggles but Bournecoast quick and easy to deal with. Occasional road noise but nothing too bad. Garden a bit uninspiring…

We all really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was really clean and comfortable with great facilities. The washing machine and dishwasher were a nice touch. The beds were very comfy and of good quality, and the sofas were too. The position was convenient for both town and sea and we all liked the walking distance to the quay. We felt it was home from home in a good way and would be pleased to return again.
We haven’t dealt with your company before but will definitely do so in the future, your service is excellent and your properties of good quality.

5* - Beautiful spacious house for my family. We had a great holiday. It was well connected and close to the quay/beach harbour spa hotel (for afternoon tea and spa!)

Multi generation family of 5, including 18 month toddler. House was perfect for us and a short drive to number of places to visit, these included Christchurch Quay, Mudeford Quay, Avon beach, Highcliffe (Cliffhanger cafe/restaurant) and beach, Bournemouth and Poole Quay.

The house is comfortable, well equipped with a great garden space and easy to walk to both Christchurch centre and coast nature reserves.

Absolutely perfect! Size, location, parking - we couldn’t of asked for more! Beds are sooooo comfy! We walked everywhere - into town of an evening and to the beach during the day! Both about 20-30 minutes walk. We will definitely be booking again!

A lovely clean and well equipped home in the residential area of Mudeford. It's a few minutes from the drive of this house to the car parks for the Quay or Avon Beach. Or a flat stroll of 20-30 minutes pretty much in a straight line. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking, the beds were comfortable and lounge is great for a night in. This area of the coast is lovely to explore and if you don't know this area this is a great place to start. We returned home very relaxed and will be re booking in the future.

This house is placed in an excellent location, allowing easy access to local beaches, the nature reserve in Stanpit, the New Forest and much more. It is simply and functionally furnished with a great range of essential equipment. The garden is very handy, and extremely useful if staying with children. I particularly liked the fact that many, possibly all, of the pictures on the walls were real paintings, and there was little other clutter in the house. Instructions for operating domestic appliances were readily available, as were any others relating to other key services. In these COVID aware times we felt that when we arrived the house had been well cleaned and sanitised. The adjacent road was quite noisy at night but we soon got used to that. Excellent value overall - we would consider returning.
